Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Household Garbage Treatment

Under the dual promotion of economic and social development and rural urbanization,the economic level of rural areas has been improved,the villagers’ life style has become colorful,the amount of household garbage produced is increasing and the composition is complex,and the phenomenon of "garbage surrounding villages" is becoming more and more severe.From the new rural construction to 19 report,China has proposed to strengthen ecological progress,implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and take actions to improve rural living environment.Under the call of the central government,local governments pay more attention to the treatment of rural household garbage,and formulate implementation plans of environmental treatment according to local conditions to carry out garbage treatment.At present,most of the rural household garbage treatment has achieved some results,the environment has been greatly improved than before,but there is no radical cure,there are still some problems.By using the method of literature research,this paper expounds the domestic and foreign research status,related concepts and the theoretical basis of the paper on rural household garbage treatment,and summarizes the development process and main modes of rural household garbage treatment in China.The author selected T industrial park(rural industrial park)in Hubei Province as the research object,through questionnaire and depth interview,to understand the current status of rural household garbage treatment in the park.,and found that there are problems such as single governance subject,imperfect infrastructure construction,simple governance practices,simple governance methods,and weak garbage source classification.The root causes are: weak thinking,lack of internal motivation,lack of governance funds,insufficient government guidance ability,poor communication and coordination among various subjects,and ineffective garbage classification.In order to improve the effect of waste management,this paper puts forward multiple subject from the build collaborative participation,construction of diversified financing channels,security management needs,strengthen the government on the rural living garbage management ability,strengthen the effective communication,promote management effect and carry out scientific and effective rural living garbage classification together to solve problems in many aspects.To help improve the enthusiasm of the main body of rural household garbage treatment,make up for the shortcomings in garbage treatment,promote the long-term mechanism of rural garbage treatment,and promote the optimization of rural living environment.
