Facing with geological disasters all over the place, people lived in Huangtupo have to relocate, left numerous problems, including the physical environment problems, control of landslide disaster prevention and mitigation, gully and the processing of surface drainage systems, building demolition, construction waste processing, etc. The ecological restoration of demolitional place should not only consider the internal natural and material basis of site condition, but also think about the overall pattern of ecology, economy, culture, urban ecological space under the influence of the construction sequence and system to do in-depth discussion before and after the relocation in Huangtupo. Then, the ground vegetation and community planning and construction is considered. Means of Badong Huangtupo relocation sites of ecological restoration planning involved in the main level goal as fellows:prevention of landslide, construction waste recycling and reuse, ground surface runoff gully system of management, site features integration with nature, historical context, vegetation and community building, ecological management, etc.The process to solve these problems is not a single issue, but a system, comprehensive, integrated to analyze. These different levels and different professional integration is a complex issue. That will need to have corresponding cross major, interdisciplinary theory to support and to discuss the problem. Applying the viewpoints of complexity science to analysis and understanding of Badong Huangtupo relocation site in the process of ecological restoration and face the nature of the system to be solved, has extremely important theoretical significance. To Badong Huangtupo relocation site complex problem in the process of ecological restoration for complexity analysis in the process, it is required and reflects the actual address and deal with the problem of method and train of thought, on the basis of using theory of complex adaptive system (CAS), discusses the characteristic of complex adaptive system theory, the internal model of the mechanism and Badong Huangtupo coupling ecological restoration process, using the complex adaptive system theory to discuss Badong Huangtupo complex adaptive process of ecological restoration. As according to the formulation of Badong Huangtupo the guiding principle of the ecological restoration and repair integrity strategy, completed under the guidance of these principles and strategies of Badong Huangtupo relocation site planning of ecological restoration. The thesis is divided into the following five parts. The first part describe complex basic conditions domestic and abroad, comprehen-sive treatment of environmental planning and related theory and case review. Then, explain the research object, research content, method and meaning. The second part analyses the main body of demolitional place in Huangtupo and the level of the main body of ecological restoration as well as the correlation between levels of complexity. Discussing the essence of the site situation complex problems is the base of deep understanding and analysis project. The third part outlines the complex adaptive system theory (CAS), based on the complex adaptive system theory and Badong Huangtupo ecological restoration characteristics, internal mechanism coupled analysis model, discuss the Badong Huangtupo adaptability of ecological restoration. Are concluded in the guidance of Badong Huangtupo relocation site of principles and strategies of ecological restoration. The fourth part summarizes the principles and strategies to Huangtupo’s practice of ecological restoration planning process, based on the third part. The fifth part summarizes the significance in the process of ecological restoration practice that complex adaptive system theory (CAS) is applied to. In addition, conclude the shortcomings of the theory using in the practice.
