The Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Lianshan Zhuang And Yao Autonomous County

With the rapid development of economy, faced with resource gradually tightening, environmental destruction and ecological degradation, deepening people’s concept of sustainable development, the state also on the protection of the ecological environment gave attached great importance to, and vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization. In this paper, Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as the Lianshan County as a case study analysis). Hill county is located in the northwest of Guangdong, mainly for the two groups of the Zhuang and Yao inhabited county. Lianshan county located in Guangdong, Hunan and Guangxi provinces(autonomous regions), with the Department, the county, the forest coverage rate reached 80%, is the famous national afforestation PARKnSHOP County, Guangdong Province Forestry Ecological County, its unique charm of being public reputation Guangdong Jiuzhaigou. I through the use of case analysis method, field survey method, literature analysis method based on actual prefectural affection, of hill of ecological civilization construction present situation analysis, obtained from the construction of ecological environment, ecological and economic development, ecological culture and education, ecological and social welfare effects of analysis, and points out the deficiencies in the process of ecological civilization construction in Lianshan County, including existing problems of ecological resource utilization, low ecological economic development is faced with challenges, ecological and cultural education, livelihood ecological security inadequate driving force in the four areas of inquiry. Finally, aiming at these problems, from the resources and protecting ecological environment, pay attention to the development of ecological economy, strengthen ecological and livelihood security, promote ecological legal system construction to solve the problems existing in Lianshan County process of ecological civilization construction. In accordance with the objective requirements of the feasibility and necessity of ecological civilization, puts forward Hill grow of county economy and the construction of ecological civilization complement each other, will be the construction of ecological civilization theory guidance and practice inquiry experience combined, to further explore the Lianshan County of the construction of ecological civilization development and improvement, for the construction of ecological civilization in China and carry forward the tradition to provide reference.
