Global warming caused by excessive carbon dioxide emissions is a major challenge faced by the international community.Reducing carbon emissions is a common human responsibility.China is the largest carbon emitter in the world,and the carbon emission has been showing a rapid growth in recent years,so the pressure of emission reduction is tremendous.As the second carbon emission industry,logistics industry is the key industry to achieve the goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060.Under Low-Carbon context,from the perspective of efficiency,this paper takes the carbon emission of the logistics industry as the research topic,analyzes the development status,and by static and dynamic assessment to clear the carbon emission efficiency of the of the logistics industry in china,so as to provide support for the development of low-carbon logistics in China.The main contents as follows: Firstly,combing the relevant research and basic theory,and analysis the current situation of carbon emissions of logistics industry in china;Secondly,Under the assumption of variable returns to scale,combined with environmental DEA technology,this paper constructs a non-oriented Super-PEBM model with unexpected output,selects the panel data of 30 provincial administrative regions of China from 2010 to 2018,and makes an empirical study on the carbon emission efficiency of Chinese provincial logistics industry.Thirdly,with the globa Malmquist index,this paper analyzes the dynamic evolution law of carbon emission efficiency of Chinese provincial logistics industry from 2010 to 2018,and measures the carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry from dynamic and static aspects.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions for low-carbon development of logistics industry.The main conclusions as follows: Carbon emissions of logistics industry in china show an steady rise trend,but the speed of growth is slowing,and carbon intensity shows a steady decline,It reflects that our country has made some achievements in the emission reduction of logistics industry,but compared to developed countries,the value of carbon intensity is higher.There is still a long way to reduce emissions in the future.Based on the Super-PEBM model,from 2010 to 2018,the average carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry is 0.69,there is still room for improvement in the future.In terms of time,from 2010 to 2018,Carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry shows a rising trend;In spatial distribution,highest efficiency in eastern of China,the lowest in western and northeast of China,east and west efficiency have a big gap.Based on the global malmquist,2010-2018,Under the joint action of "efficience change" and "technological change",China’s logistics industry malmquist index is a certain degree of improvement,But the role of “technological innovation” needs to be further improved.Average carbon emissions malmquist indices in the eastern,central and western regions have improved,And the northeast is reduce.From the Perspective of provincial,the productivity of carbon emission in the developed provinces improve faster than the developed provinces,The drivers of efficiency progress vary from province to province,but the efficiency change is key factor to improve the productivity of logistics industry in most provinces.
