Abstract/Summary:
Exhibition refers to the general term for exhibitions and various forms of meetings that accompany them.Holding large-scale conventions and exhibitions can not only enhance the image of exhibitors,win business opportunities,and generate direct economic benefits,but also increase the visibility of the host city and stimulate the development of related industries and the entire national economy.However,due to the characteristics of large scale,large number of participants,long holding period,and large number of temporary construction facilities,large-scale conventions and exhibitions have resulted in many on-site risk factors.Once a safety accident occurs,it will cause vicious incidents such as crowding and trampling,group deaths and group injuries.The life and property safety of exhibitors and related stakeholders and the healthy development of the city pose certain threats.The safety risk assessment of largescale events is the basis for the prevention of safety accidents in large-scale events.Through security risk assessment,identifying potential security hazards and adopting targeted preventive measures to minimize activity risks,a consensus has been formed in the whole society.In academia,it has also begun to attach importance to security risk assessment research for large-scale exhibition activities.This thesis takes large-scale exhibition activities as the research object,and uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to carry out empirical research on risk assessment from the aspects of safety risk factors of large-scale exhibition activities and their occurrence probability and hazards.First of all,review the research overview of the safety risk assessment of large-scale events at home and abroad through the literature,understand the research trends in related fields and learn from their research results;on this basis,according to the national standards for safety requirements for large-scale events(GB/T 33170-2016)And the connotation,essence and characteristics of large-scale exhibition activities,the Delphi method is used to identify 26 risk factors existing in large-scale exhibition activities from the five aspects of exhibition characteristics,human factors,facilities and goods,environment and venues,and management.Construct a security risk assessment system for large-scale exhibition activities;then,select the hierarchical interleaved target hierarchy system in the analytic hierarchy process to determine the initial indicator weights,use indicator consistency and clustering methods to determine the expert weights,and combine the two to determine the occurrence of these risk factors The hazard(that is,the weight of the index);combined with the evaluation experts on the evaluation site to evaluate the possibility of the occurrence of risk factors(scoring table),the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish an evaluation model,based on which the risk level of a specific large-scale exhibition can be evaluated;Finally,take the "2018Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Expo" event as an example for evaluation and verification.The evaluation result of the example is low risk.Although the result is slightly different from the current evaluation method,the risk level is the same.The reason for the difference is analyzed.Provide reference for the safety assessment of subsequent large-scale exhibition activities.
