With the rapid development of China’s socio-economic and culture,more and more large-scale conferences,exhibitions,performances,concerts,cultural festivals and major sports events are held in major cities in China.At the same time,the holding of large-scale events brings great challenges to the safety of the city and the public.According to public department records,security risks existed in about 62% of large-scale activities.In this regard,Chinese government issued the "Safety Requirements for Large-scale Activities"(GB/T33170-2016)in October 2016 and implemented it on April 1,2017.Various provinces and municipalities throughout the country have also issued corresponding safety management risk assessment methods for large-scale activities.Pre-safety risk assessment of large-scale activities are strictly required.However,the safety risk of large-scale activities often varies from event,time,person.How to assess the safety risk of large-scale activities scientifically,systematically and comprehensively and prevent and transform the safety risk of large-scale activities effectively still needs to be studied.Taking Yunnan Province as the main research object and Kunming Strawberry Music Festival in 2018 as an example,the factors influencing the safety risk of this large-scale activity from six aspects were investigated and analyzed in this thesis:human risk,site risk,event risk,goods risk,emergency evacuation risk,safety prevention and management risk.Main factors influencing the safety of the event had been identified.Corresponding suggestions also had been made accordingly.Firstly,the factors affecting the safety of large-scale activities in Yunnan Province were analyzed and studied by means of literature induction,field investigation,factoranalysis and expert discussion,and 44 factors were extracted from three levels of people,venues and events as secondary indicators to establish the evaluation index system of safety risk factors of large-scale activities.Secondly,taking Strawberry Music Festival as an example,the evaluation index system of safety risk for large-scale activities of Strawberry Music Festival was established,the weight of the index was determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the "Safety Assessment Checklist for Large-scale Activities" was formed in the thesis.Based on the basic principles of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and BP Neural Network,the risk assessment model of the activities and the membership matrix were established.The neural network model was trained and tested with the MATLAB mathematic software to obtain the risk level of the festival and give relevant safety suggestions based on the results.Finally,based on the requirement of large-scale activities security risk assessment informationization,the architecture and functional structure of large-scale activities security risk assessment information system were proposed.The front-end of each module of the system was designed and implemented by using Java,HTML and other technologies,which could be used as a reference for the development and implementation of the information system.
