At the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was first proposed to draw the blueprint for a "Beautiful China",emphasizing the importance of ecological civilization construction in all fields."Clear waters and green mountains are golden hills and silver mountains".Under the guidance of the concept of ecological civilization construction in China,all sectors of society regard green development as a principle and attach great importance to environmental protection awareness and practice of green ecology.As the main carrier to undertake social responsibility,enterprises’ production activities are crucial to the realization of green and sustainable development,while the realization of corporate goals cannot be separated from the daily work behavior and performance of employees.In recent years,employee green behavior,namely a series of behaviors carried out by employees in an organization that are conducive to environmental sustainability and avoid negative impacts on the environment,has been paid attention to by various industries as an important part of reducing organizational resource consumption,improving organizational environmental performance and promoting green development of enterprises.Therefore,how to stimulate and strengthen employees’ green behavior has become a problem to be solved in academia and management practice.Based on social identity theory and individual-environment matching theory,this study explores the mechanism and boundary conditions of biospheric values on employees’ green behavior.Through 325 "leader-employee" matching questionnaires,a number of enterprises were selected to distribute the questionnaires,and statistical software such as SPSS26.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to conduct statistical analysis on the collected effective data.The conclusions are as follows :(1)Biospheric values positively affect employee green behavior;(2)Green organization identification has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between biospheric values and employee green behavior;(3)Perceived organizational environment support plays a positive moderating role between biospheric values and green organization identification;(4)The empirical results showed that biospheric values,green organization identity and employee green behavior constituted a moderated mediation model,and organizational environmental support perception moderated the first half path of the mediation process.This paper theoretically enriches the research on the influence of biospheric values on employees’ green behavior,discusses the mediating mechanism and boundary conditions between them,and enriches the relevant theoretical research.In the process of practice,it is beneficial for enterprises to stimulate employees to actively implement green behavior,enhance green management and effectively promote the green management of enterprises.
