| In recent years,with the deepening aging of China and the changing pension concept of the aged,the construction of 24-Hour Care Facilities for the Aged in China has been developed rapidly.In the meantime,its fire safety accidents occurred frequently,which poses a great threat to the aged.It has also aroused widespread concerns from the society,including the Government which distributed a series of related policy.However,it is found that these codes which still have conflicts between them,have not formed a perfect design standard system yet.In addition,most specifications are principled regulations,lacking of more specific design strategy requirements.In this paper,the existing multi-layer 24-Hour Care Facilities for the Aged is taken as the research object.Relying on the relevant Codes in China,and starting with the characteristics of special behaviors of the old and the theory of Fire Safety Evacuation,the special characteristics and existing problems are analyzed and summarized of the cases.Besides,the Pathfinder software is used as a technical tool for evacuation simulation experiments of the 24-Hour Care Facilities for the Aged cases.In the end,in order to shorten the Required Safety Egress Time and ensure the safety of the aged imside,the author try to draw the optimal special design strategy of 24-Hour Care Facilities for the Aged based on Fire Evacuation,into four dimensions in which pointline-surface-body of architecture design is included,such as the scale and layout of buildings,fire and smoke partition area fit,refuge room and nursing station,evacuation streamline and so on.In addition,it provides a theoretical basis and a new design point of 24-Hour Care Facilities. |
