Research On Subcontractor Selection Decision-making Of Engineering Project Based On Cooperative Partnering Relationship

As the building engineering industry is rapidly developing and the competition in market is growing fierce,main contractors such as T Company which is being transformed into an engineering enterprise urgently need to regulate and optimize project management especially the subcontractor selection decision-making in order to adapt to the market changes.In recent years,the cooperative partnering relationship model has become new project management model by virtue of its key successful factors and outstanding advantages,while the relevant study of subcontractor selection decision-making based on cooperative partnering relationship is not much.Therefore,to implement the ideas of cooperative partnering relationship into the subcontractor selection decision-making of engineering project has both theoretical and practical meanings.This dissertation mainly study the application of the theory of cooperative partnering relationship into the subcontractor selection decision-making of engineering project.By analyzing the critical factors and attributes of cooperative partnering relationship in the subcontractor selection decision-making of engineering project,a decision-making flow of subcontractor selection based on cooperative partnering relationship is sorted out.Then on basis of the analysis of critical factors in subcontractor selection and in line with the principles of setting up subcontractor selection and assessment indicator system,a subcontractor selection and assessment indicator system based on cooperative partnering relationship is established by means of literature research method.Meanwhile,TOPSIS method is selected as the decisionmaking method after comparing several popular decision-making methods,and a subcontractor selection decision-making model based on cooperative partnering relationship is then set up.Under the guidance of this decision-making model and according to the problems existing in the status quo of T Company,this dissertation proposes several suggestions of improving the subcontractor selection decision-making of T Company.The theoretical study and case analysis indicate that,the ideas and concepts of cooperative partnering relationship can be effectively applied into the subcontractor selection decision-making of engineering project and exploit the unique advantages.The improvement and optimization in the subcontractor selection decision-making of T Company on a basis of cooperative partnering relationship is proven to be scientific,simple and feasible.According to the application analysis in the case of subcontractor selection of an EPC project in T Company: Indonesia B Project,the TOPSIS method is also proven to be applicable.The study achievement of this dissertation can offer some implications and references to similar engineering enterprises to carry out reform and optimization in the subcontractor selection decision-making of engineering project.
