In this era of pay attention to people’s livelihood and well-being,environmental problems increasingly attention by people.Part of people think that economic growth is bound to be at the expense of the environment,while others think that the economic development of science and technology products should play a role in environmental pollution control,through the prevention of pollution,pollution and so on in such a way that the environment quality is better.The contradiction between environment and economic relationship has not been an accurate conclusion,therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between air pollution and economic growth,hope that through the data to explore the influence between the mode and mechanism,so as to give the government workers in terms of economic development and environmental protection policy to provide some reference.This paper analyzes the China’s 285 cities as air pollution,moran index and lisa agglomeration figure not only confirmed the air pollution in the mutual influence between different regions of space,economic development also affect the surrounding areas,and for positive influence model,presents the high-high concentration or low-the state of low concentration.Based on the analysis of the influence mechanism between air pollution and economic development,the first reference environmental kuznets theory and STIRPAT model,population,technology,factors such as wealth as control variables have an impact on air quality,the establishment of index system for research,build Spatial Dubin Model,delve into economic factors,technical factors,cultural factors impact on air quality.Model results show that in the long-term economic development and environmental quality exists "n-type" environmental kuznets curve,and the population density and wealth level could put pressure on the environment,technical level is beneficial to the environment management;Further effect of the space is decomposed into direct effect and indirect effect,thoroughly analyze each influence factor in active and passive influence of contribution.In order to determine the "inflection point" of inverted n-type curve,to further introduce threshold regression model,to explore the influence of different stages between mechanism.Model to determine the two "inflection point",two inflection point of the economic development process is divided into low,medium and high speed stage.In the low speed of economic development stage,with the growth of economy,index of pm2.5 in decline,economic growth will not lead to the deterioration of environment,in the intermediate stages of economic development,economic growth and has significantly positively related to air pollution,serious damage to the environment quality and economic development process in the stage of high-speed economic development,the curve is a declining state,economic development will improve environmental quality.Conclusion according to the model,put forward the following conclusions: First,should pay attention to the balanced development of the economy;Second,pollution is the country,is not a region,a city;Third,according to their aptitude,according to the different stages of development of different regions,between economic and environment is reasonable,the most suitable for the development of the local economic development policy and environmental management measures.
