With the rapid laying of domestic expressway,high-speed train and other infrastructure,on the one hand,it accelerates the economic development,and on the other hand,it also produces interest disputes due to the construction activities affecting the industries along the way.Relevant professional farmers,due to environmental disputes,especially the disputes caused by noise,are rising year by year.In such cases,noise pollution disputes due to pollution scope is difficult to coordinate,in loss compensation,biological assets evaluation is also a major difficulty,in reality has occurred many because of highway noise on farms,for farms after environmental disputes,lack of evaluation of the dispute system,is not conducive to farmers safeguard their own interests,is not conducive to properly solve the related disputes.This paper mainly addresses the disputes caused by noise pollution,takes the influence of the construction of copper expressway,describes the impact of environmental disputes,the determination of noise pollution,the visual expression of noise pollution,and the determination of economic loss assessment,and the main evaluation summarized as follows:(1)Clarify the dispute appeal,and formulate a reasonable evaluation plan based on the facts.(2)defines the determination method of noise pollution and determines the pollution responsibility.(3)Loss assessment using an appropriate economic loss assessment method.Through the description of the specific process and methods of each evaluation link,in the noise pollution dispute,the environmental assessment and biological asset loss assessment in judicial appraisal and management loss evaluation methods are supplemented,and proposed ideas and methods to solve such events,hoping to provide some reference for the implementation of such actual case evaluation.
