The treatment of industrial dust in the transport system has always been an important issue facing my country’s environmental protection.Today’s traditional dust removal methods mainly use electrostatic,bag,filter and other dust removal equipment to control dust.The application fields of this type of technology are relatively narrow,and the technical cost and energy The consumption is relatively high.Considering the factors of use occasion,cost performance,maintenance and other factors,the multi-phase flow self-circulation dust suppression and dust removal equipment proposed in this paper is simpler in structure,cost-effective,easy to maintain,and applicable to more extensive applications.In order to ensure its normal operation,the monitoring of equipment operation status can obtain key information in time to prevent equipment operation failures,which has become the key to improving dust suppression and dust removal efficiency and ensuring production safety.In this paper,facing the strategic needs of pollutant treatment in my country,based on the multiphase flow self-circulation dust suppression and dust removal equipment,an operation status monitoring system is designed to improve the current situation of relying on experience to detect,reduce the accident rate and save a lot of maintenance costs.In the research process,firstly use simulation software to analyze the initial dust removal equipment,obtain the parameter changes during equipment operation and its working principle,determine the monitoring parameters and propose the design plan of the condition monitoring system.According to the actual production situation,the sensor type selection was carried out,and the measurement point selection and arrangement scheme were planned according to the parameter characteristics.Secondly,a new type of fault monitoring method is proposed,the monitoring principle is analyzed,the hardware circuit is designed,and the pre-amplification circuit,band-pass filter circuit and other parts are simulated and optimized,and methods to reduce noise are obtained.And carried out circuit debugging.In addition,using the feasibility of Bluetooth communication technology in the industrial field and the advantages of Bluetooth broadcasting,a wireless network design based on Bluetooth broadcasting was completed,and an Android-based APP application was designed to realize data reception.Finally,a test environment was set up to calibrate the dust concentration detection of the condition monitoring system.The calibration equation of the dust concentration was determined by comparing different fitting equations.At the same time,the accuracy and repeatability of the monitoring system performance were tested to determine the system error.The reason is that the monitoring system is applied to test equipment and field equipment,and the effectiveness of the monitoring system designed in this paper is verified through practical applications.
