| The bag filter is being widely used since its generation,because of its high dust removal efficiency and strong adaptability.The corresponding automatic control technology of large dust collector is becoming more and more mature,but the small dust collector used by small enterprises is facing a completely different situation.Due to their size of dust collector,enterprise capital,operation and maintenance costs and other reasons,many of them have been used manual inspection methods to maintain production.This method inevitably causes the loss of resources and pollution of environment.In this thesis,a bag filter monitoring system which meet the requirements of these enterprises is designed to improve the status of the detection by experience.The main work accomplished in this thesis includes:The production status and causes of the small bag filter are analyzed in this thesis,according to this,the design scheme of monitoring system of operation state for bag filter is put forward.Then the common detection principle of the main state characteristic parameters is analyzed,and the sensor selection is carried out according to the actual production situation,and the selection of the measuring points is described in detail.A transmission leak detector for bag filter based on Longbow Bill’s law is designed to solve the difficult problem of location of damaged filter bag.According to the detection principle,the hardware circuit is designed,and the simulation experiment of preamplifier circuit,band-pass filter circuit and other parts are finished,the circuit board is made and debugged.The feasibility of Bluetooth communication technology in the industrial field is analyzed in this thesis,the advantages of Bluetooth broadcasting is analyzed,and the design of wireless network based on Bluetooth broadcasting is completed.The APP application based on Android is designed to realizes the data reception.The test environment is set up,the dust concentration detection of leak detector is calibrated,and the experiment of accuracy and repeatability of the instrument performance were tested.The experimental results show that the measuring range of dust concentration is around Og/m3-300g/m3 when the test distance is lm,the measurement error is less than 9 percent,and the repeatability error is around 3 percent. |
