Environmental Governance Of Green Tax Policy Effect Study

With vigorous development of ecological civilization today,green development has gradually become the goal and demand for achieving sustainable social development.In particular,the “green” concept of green taxation will guide society towards a more rational development direction.The government occupies an important position in environmental governance and can adopt green tax policies to achieve the purpose of environmental optimization.At present,most green taxes are also collected by local governments,so it is meaningful to study the environmental governance effects brought by the implementation of green tax policies from the perspective of Jiangsu Province.The green taxation researched in this article is a systematic concept and belongs to the scope of public policy perspective.Taking into account the effects and mechanisms of green tax policies on environmental development,this paper qualitatively and quantitatively quantifies the environmental governance effects of green tax policies based on the main theories of double dividends,sustainable development,externality,and public governance Analysis.Combined with the actual situation of social and ecological development such as the economic development status,environmental carrying capacity,and pollutant discharge status of various regions in the province,based on the extended STIRPAT model,the panel data of each city in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2018 were used to conduct an empirical analysis to demonstrate the green tax policy The relationship between the carbon emissions of Jiangsu Province can better explain the environmental pollution control effect produced by the implementation of green tax policies.At the same time,the empirical results are summarized and summarized,and the problems and causes of the environmental governance effects of the current green tax policy in Jiangsu Province are proposed.Finally,in order to effectively implement the concept of green development,construct a green tax system,promote industrial structure adjustment,and save energy and reduce emissions,the article proposes a series of measures to promote the green development and tax system green process in Jiangsu Province.
