Research On Environmental Performance Audit Evaluation Of Air

In the more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has made considerable progress and completed its transformation from an agricultural country to an industrial country.However,behind the rapid economic growth are high resource consumption and high environmental pollution,which is contrary to China’s adherence to the macroeconomic policy of sustainable development also seriously threatens the health of the people.According to the Bulletin of the State of China’s Ecological Environment in 2019 issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in June 2020,only 157 of the 337 cities at the prefecture level and above in the country have reached air environmental quality standards,and the problem of air environmental pollution needs to be properly resolved.The party and the government attach great importance to this.Following the report of the 19 th National Congress of China Communist Party,it is necessary to focus on solving outstanding environmental problems and fight to keep our skies blue.The 14 th Five-Year Plan has again emphasized the need to continue to improve the quality of the air environment,and in-depth prevention and control of pollution.Tackling tough battles,basically eliminating heavy pollution weather.As a regulatory tool,air environmental performance audit evaluation plays an important role in effectively improving the air environment and promoting the construction of China’s ecological civilization.However,there are relatively few studies on environmental performance audit evaluation in China,which is the core link of the air environmental performance audit evaluation system.The evaluation index and evaluation model of the company need to be further improved.Therefore,to carry out air environmental performance audit evaluation research,to explore the design of scientific,feasible and in line with China’s national conditions of air environmental performance audit evaluation index system and research to build an applicable evaluation model has become a top priority.This research first discusses the conceptual connotation and theoretical basis of air environmental performance audit.Secondly,it analyzes the development status and existing problems of China’s air environmental performance audit.Thirdly,introduce the DPSIR model used in the design of the evaluation index system and analyze its applicability,point out the principles to be followed in the selection of indicators and the basis for the selection of indicators,and select 21 from the five dimensions of driving force,pressure,status,influence and response.Specific evaluation indicators,and initially formed an evaluation indicator system.Then,after comparing and analyzing the index weight calculation methods,the analytic hierarchy process is selected as the index weighting,and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the air environment performance audit evaluation model.Then,taking City Z as an example,the evaluation index system is applied through the constructed evaluation model.After calculation,the evaluation results show that the air environmental performance of City Z is on the rise during the statistical years.The problems found in the case are analyzed.And put forward corresponding suggestions to help Z City further manage and improve the air environment.Finally,it draws the research conclusions,points out the limitations of this research,and puts forward suggestions for further advancing related work,hoping to provide a certain reference for the scientific and effective development of China’s air environmental performance audit evaluation work.
