Case Study On The Contract Management Of BC Company Introduce International Technology

Introduction of the advanced technology from abroad is one of the most important approach for an enterprise to regain competitiveness and better development.However,due to the lack of experience in the process of international technology’s introduction,many problems that have arisen and made Chinese companies very hard to deal with.Various factors faced during the introduction of proprietary technology may bring unpredictable losses to enterprises.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to scientifically analyze the failed technology introduction project,find the root cause of its failure,and summarize its experience and lessons to provide a theoretical basis with reference value for similar projects that maybe developed in the future.In this paper,a case study of a large private enterprise-BC company introduce foreign advanced chemical production technology is set as research object.Analyze and solve the various practical problems that BC Company has encountered during the introduction of advanced chemical production technology from Western technology company,combine with contract management,risk management and confidentiality management theory to analyze these problems and give solutions.By analyzing these existing problems,the final conclusion is that the reason for the failure of the technology introduction project are the lacks of contract management.Finally,give solutions to these problems arising from the BC company’s introduction of proprietary technology project and guarantee measures for the implementation of corresponding solutions.The existence of these problems have brought great influence to BC company on the process of technologies transfer,and different extents of economic losses to both parties of the contract,it also affected the normal development of BC company.Therefore it is of theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the reasons for the failure of technology transfer contract management,to find out the causes of problems with corresponding solutions.
