The chemical rescue emergency command vehicle is a command vehicle equipped with a variety of accusation equipment and information processing equipment.It is a command cabin that integrates functions such as dispatching,emergency,communication,information collection and transmission.In the context of the sudden occurrence of chemical incidents,whether the emergency command vehicle can rush to the scene at the first time and implement effective command is extremely important for stabilizing the situation,reducing panic,avoiding casualties and mitigating the consequences of the accident.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the chemical emergency rescue mission and the on-site environment,it is of great significance to study the maneuverability and information system construction of the emergency command vehicle.This paper firstly combines the functional requirements and practical uses of the emergency command vehicle,selects the necessary vehicle equipment according to the functions of the emergency command vehicle,and rationally arranges these equipment according to the size of the command vehicle cabin space to improve the application of the command vehicle.Sex and comfort.On this basis,the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the static simulation of the chassis,and the specific position of the strain detection is determined.Through the stress analysis technology,the corresponding position value is detected,and the reliability of the simulation data is verified to prove the selected vehicle chassis.Meet the strength requirements.Based on the principle of vibration isolation,the vibration performance of the vehicle during the traveling process is theoretically analyzed.The vibration characteristics of the frame are obtained and the corresponding vibration isolation design is carried out.Through theoretical analysis,the braking performance of the vehicle during braking is established.The mathematical model of directional stability relationship is analyzed and analyzed by MATLAB.The braking performance characteristics of ground normal reaction force,front and rear wheel braking force,braking deceleration and braking distance are analyzed.Finally,the vehicle model is established to analyze the maximum speed,maximum grade and the distribution of axle load under no-load and full-load conditions.From the aspects of vehicle dynamics,passability and operational stability,the evaluation and analysis of the emergency command vehicle Performance studies are of great significance.
