Study On Risk Management Of Purified Water Project In TD Company

Purified water in the pharmaceutical industry is an important solvent for the production of pharmaceuticals.Therefore,the quality of purified water determines the quality of the production of the drug.Therefore,the quality control of water is the key to the quality control of pharmaceutical production,and the quality of purified water is mainly determined by the purified water system.The preparation process determines that only the purified water system is designed reasonably and the structure meets the requirements,and after a series of verifications,the purified water that meets the requirements can be continuously and stably produced.This paper is to do the comprehensive risk management research for the design and modify the purified water system of TD Company.This thesis firstly expounds the research significance of this topic,then introduces the research status of project risk management at home and abroad.By referring to the research results at home and abroad,the definition of project risk management system is defined.The water system transformation project of TD Company uses the analytic hierarchy process to conduct risk analysis and evaluation from the aspects of safety,environment,construction period,economy,quality,functional compliance and supply chain of water system transformation,and obtains the priority control order of risk according to the evaluation results.And take corresponding measures to control,so as to avoid the risks that may arise in the process of TD’s purified water renovation project,and improve the risk management research system within TD company.In this paper,the risk management research tool is applied to the purified water reform project of the pharmaceutical enterprise.Based on the quantitative analysis of the risk in the process of reforming the purified water system,the qualitative and quantitative research results of risk management research at home and abroad are used for reference.The transformation of the purified water system provides a risk management approach.
