Research On The Application Of Bat Auspicious Pattern In Tableware Design Suitable To The Elderly

In terms of the Chinese traditional auspicious pattern,it is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Nowadays,it can be seen that the auspicious meanings conveyed by auspicious patterns are still commonly used in daily life.However,the traditional auspicious patterns also need to better adapt to the cultural environment with the development of the times,so as to retain the traditional cultural connotation,and present in the form of modern design.At the same time,it also needs to conform to social trends for the combination of traditional auspicious patterns and modern design.Due to the fact that China is in the social background of the aging population at present,the industry for the aging population has a huge market.As a result,the design suitable to the aging population according to the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly is the field that designers should pay attention to and must pay attention to.In this paper,it analyzes the development trend and importance of the design concept suitable to the aging population from the perspective of user experience in view of the current situation of aging society.Moreover,it discusses how to integrate this concept into the traditional auspicious bat pattern for graphic redesign,so as to apply it to the design of tableware suitable to the elderly.In this way,it can realize the combination of traditional auspicious bat pattern and modern design performance,so as to try to provide better dining experience for the elderly.Four research methods are adopted in this study,which includes literature research,theoretical research,system analysis and design practice,so as to explore the application of Chinese traditional auspicious patterns in the contemporary era.Besides,it takes bat patterns in auspicious patterns as an example,which also collects a large number of documents about Chinese traditional auspicious patterns and bat patterns,as well as sorts out the material of pictures and literature.On the other hand,it systematically analyzes the characteristics of bat patterns and the meanings implied in bat auspicious patterns,which then summarizes and classifies bat patterns.In terms of the innovation of this paper,it is to select tableware as the design carrier of bat pattern in contemporary design,which starts from the perspective of user experience,through user interviews,it can understand user needs,which takes user experience and design concept suitable to the aging population as the guidance basis,and conduct theoretical research.The design principles are formulated according to the five elements of user experience,and on the premise of meeting the design principles,which also makes further exploration on the visual design and emotional needs based on the functionality of the existing tableware suitable to the aging population,so as to study the design meaning in tableware.Moreover,it deconstructs and reconstructs the pattern according to the implication and classification of bat patterns,completes the graphic redesign of bat pattern,and finally applies it to the tableware design.The purpose of the design works is to help the elderly meet their emotional needs in the process of eating,and help them improve their eating experience,so as to make them maintain a good mood.In this way,it can let the elderly find their own sense of identity while eating.Through the research in this paper,it also hopes to provide designers with a new idea of traditional culture and traditional pattern "creating for the present".
