| Project risk management is an indispensable part of project management.Indonesian market development project is an important supporting project for Company A to expand its market influence,increase its overseas strongholds and improve its global layout.The Indonesian market development project has the characteristics of large market scale,complex customer relationship,changeable environment,fierce competition and complex demand,so it is more necessary to carry out risk management research for A company’s Indonesia market development project.In this paper,the progress of project risk management research is combed,and some related theories are summarized.On the basis of them,combining with the content and characteristics of the Indonesian market development project of Company A,the risk management research of the project is carried out.First,the brainstorming method,KJ method and Likert scoring method are used to identify the possible elements and various risks in the development project of A company’s Indonesian market.Then,a risk assessment index system consisting of six categories,including political risk,market risk,personnel risk,logistics risk,foreign exchange risk and management risk,and 25 risk elements is constructed.The weight of each primary index and secondary index is set by AHP,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied on the risk assessment.The final evaluation results show that the risk of the first-level risk evaluation index from high to low is market risk,management risk,foreign exchange risk,political risk,personnel risk and logistics risk.At the same time,for each secondary risk evaluation index,the top ten most important indicators are the competitive risk of the same product,the risk of problem solving not in time,the risk of customer default,the risk of product application has been over the peak period,the risk of insufficient professional skills of personnel,the risk of coordination difficulty,the risk of foreign exchange rate changes,customer demand.Individualized risk,tank operation risk,land transportation risk,and the single value of these risk assessment vectors are mostly between 50 and 70,the risk index below 50 is very close to 50,these main indicators of risk assessment in moderate.Aiming at these risks,the strategies to deal with these risks are put forward respectively. |
