Continuity Research Of The Donghua Basic Block

Donghua basic block is a female garment body basic block built by Donghua University Based on scientific research and clothing basic block theory,which conforms to Chinese body shape.Donghua basic block was established in 1998 and the first revision was completed in 2008 according to the changes of human body shape characteristics in the past ten years.The sustainability research of Donghua basic block has always been based on the market situation of China’s garment industry.On the one hand,the popularity of the use of garment basic block in the clothing industry production process has been improved.With the development of time,the body shape characteristics have changed.Improving the fitness and accuracy of garment basic block has become one of the research contents of the clothing market.On the other hand,with the enrichment and increase of clothing styles and types,many women’s clothing structures involve the modeling characteristics of chest,waist and buttocks.In the past,Donghua basic block structure only involved the structural characteristics of human body waist and above waist circumference,which was not enough to fully cope with the body structure fitting from waist to hip in garment plate making.The research method of combining theory with practice is adopted in this paper1.Literature research study: study the establishment,development,structural characteristics and applicable groups of domestic and foreign garment basic blocks,summarize the composition principle and sustainable research content of Donghua basic block,sort out the related technologies of anthropometry and clothing structure design,and obtain the required technology and theoretical basis for the revision of Donghua basic block 2020 edition.2.Investigation and exploration: Based on the questionnaire analysis of the use of garment basic block plate making and the investigation and analysis of the applicability of Donghua basic block plate making,the revision direction of Donghua basic block 2020 edition is explored.3.Research on the distribution of hip girth looseness: Based on the body measurement data of 21 cases of human platform and 50 cases of human body wear,the change of hip circumference was statistically analyzed.Based on the length,shape and thickness of the bottom,the change of hip girth was filed.The relaxation amount setting and distribution of the original structure lowered to the hip circumference was studied,and the hypothesis of reasonable hip circumference looseness distribution was obtained Type.4.Detail correction of parts above bust line: Based on the hypothesis basic block of reasonable distribution of hip circumference looseness,the details of 56 human samples above the bust line were corrected.Based on the modified data regression,the structural relationship formula of each part of the basic block was obtained,and the change trend of human body shape characteristics at different stages was obtained.5.Donghua basic block 2020 version was established,and the rationality of Donghua basic block 2020 plate making application was obtained through application verification experiment.Based on the investigation and analysis results and the data obtained from the correction experiment,based on the experimental results,the basic block structure of Donghua basic block lowered to the hip line and the detail correction of the part above the bust line were obtained.The Donghua basic block 2020 version,which reflects the characteristics of human body shape at the present stage,plays a more comprehensive role in reflecting the relationship between human body shape and clothing structure It can improve the efficiency and accuracy of plate making,and promote the continuous research of Donghua basic block.
