| Self-insulating walls are being paid more and more attention by people with their huge energy-saving potential.Recently,autoclaved aerated concrete blocks have become the main force of new wall materials in the building materials market,all over the country.It is known that autoclaved aerated concrete has superior thermal insulation properties,but few people really understand the principle of this aerated block insulation.The autoclaved aerated concrete production line has the advantages of low thermal conductivity,light weight and high strength,and simple and quick construction.Now this kind of block has become an energy-saving wall material.Its self-insulation system(also known as single-material insulation wall system)is one of the hot topics in the building materials wall industry.Along with the rapid development of the construction industry,building energy-saving materials have also been driven by rapid development.Building energy consumption has become a major domestic energy consumption.People are increasingly calling for new building energy conservation,and they are over-constructed by ordinary building materials.Significantly reducing building energy consumption has become an important development direction of building materials.The goal of building energy conservation in the 13 th Five-Year Plan is that by 2020,the energy efficiency level of new buildings in urban areas will increase by 20%compared with 2015,and the building energy efficiency standards of key areas such as some areas and building doors and windows will reach or approach the international advanced level.The proportion of green building area in urban new buildings exceeds 50%,and the proportion of green building materials applications exceeds 40%.Among all the materials related to building energy conservation,the most important influence on the insulation performance of buildings is the wall materials.The development of new wall materials and the formulation of new construction plans are the most important.At present,solid bricks have gradually withdrawn from the market,and there are many materials to replace them.Among them,the autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are more prominent.The block building materials can meet the second-stage energy-saving requirements required by China.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Through experiments,the basic mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are studied in depth.The apparent changes of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are observed by micro-adjusting the mix ratio of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and the manufacturing process.The compressive strength,density and porosity of each group of concrete aerated concrete blocks are tested through experiments.(2)Testing the compressive strength of the specimens,through the different amount of aluminium powder in each group of specimens,to find out the influence of different amount of aerating material on the strength of the block under the condition of fixed production materials,and the influence of the adjustment of micro-production process on the strength of the block.Through the experiment,to find the best proportion of aluminium powder and gypsum,and to get the two kinds of tests under different conditions.The relationship between the amount of admixture and the mechanical properties of specimens.(3)Testing the performance of other indicators of the specimens.By studying the freeze-thaw cycle contrast test,sound insulation test,thermal conductivity test and fire resistance test of autoclaved concrete blocks under the influence of different amount of aerated materials and different manufacturing time,the strength,freeze resistance and fire resistance of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are analyzed by the amount of aerated alumina powder and gypsum and the change of production process.The main factors affecting the physical and mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are found through the influence of sound insulation and fireproof properties.The possibility of using autoclaved aerated concrete blocks as external wall bricks without external insulation materials is analyzed through experimental data,and the minimum thickness of using autoclaved aerated concrete blocks as external insulation substitutes is also discussed.(4)The actual work of autoclaved aerated concrete block wall is illustrated by ansys simulating the use of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in actual projects and comparing the insulation wall with the room without external insulation wall.situation. |
