Digital technology has affected the business model of the fashion industry,especially the new crown epidemic has accelerated industrial transformation,and virtual fashion has become an industry of great strategic significance to the overall economic and social development and long-term development.With the innovation of the fashion industry,many virtual fashion designs have used traditional patterns to varying degrees,combining tradition with future trends,making people’s sensory experience gradually become a new trend,and styles also change accordingly.The capital penetration of the Internet,the vigorous development of social media and the strengthening of youth fashion’s discourse power have continuously upgraded the circle-breaking and consumption of contemporary youth trend culture and fashion,and various youth trend culture and fashion communities have emerged as the times require.In the face of the younger generation of consumers and the young consumer market,to develop a unique cultural circle that combines the two has also become a key point in the development of virtual fashion and traditional patterns.This paper takes virtual fashion in the application of traditional patterns as the research object.The research method is to form a design strategy that conforms to the aesthetics of virtual fashion and traditional pattern consumers by establishing the user’s mental model,and explore the application of traditional Chinese patterns in virtual fashion based on the user’s mental model.innovative design methods.Using literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods,first sort out the development status and prospects of virtual fashion and traditional Chinese patterns,and then analyze the common points of the combination of traditional Chinese patterns and virtual fashion from the perspective of feasibility,confirm It shows the objective consumption potential of the combination of the two designs.Then,based on the user’s mental model,this paper puts forward new thinking on the application design of traditional patterns in virtual fashion.By analyzing the user’s mental model,user research and user social path analysis are carried out on these two consumer groups,from the characteristics of symbolic consumption mentality,display-type social mentality and aesthetic mentality of seeking novelty and difference,as well as breakthrough user Get product strategy and design strategy on the basis of mind.According to the aesthetic characteristics of virtual fashion and traditional Chinese patterns,this paper analyzes the cases of virtual fashion in the application of traditional Chinese patterns,finally extracts various design features,summarizes its design application angle,and summarizes design methods and design paths from many aspects.On the basis of theoretical research,the article takes the author’s original Chinese-style virtual fashion brand as an example to analyze the positioning and audience.Innovative design,targeted design of a series of virtual fashion.Through this design case,a systematic design method of traditional Chinese patterns in virtual fashion application is formed,and the feasibility of the design method is demonstrated.In order to help people further understand the integration and development of Chinese traditional patterns and virtual fashion,and provide some ideas and references for the current design of traditional patterns and virtual fashion.
