Research On Government Supervision Of Safety Production Management Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Wenzhou

At present,with the rapid economic development of our country and the new high in the process of industrialization,the concept of work safety and safety supervision is more and more popular among the people,to ensure the safety of production enterprises has become an important task of the current society.As the main body of national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in stabilizing social employment and promoting economic development.In the total number of enterprises in our country,the number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounts for more than 90%.Strengthening local supervision of work safety can effectively improve the situation of work safety and promote the harmonious development of society.From the current situation,many small and medium-sized enterprises in the safety of production there are still many problems,it is easy to produce a variety of safety accidents,which not only seriously affect their own development,it has also taken a huge toll on society and the economy.At the same time,the safety supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is still at the stage of exploration.Therefore,taking the problems existing in the government supervision of safety production of small and medium-sized enterprises as the main body of study,and actively exploring targeted solutions,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the supervision of work safety of grass-roots governments,promote the sustainable prosperity of small and medium-sized enterprises and the healthy development of society.This paper takes L Town,Wenzhou City,as an example for research.It uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of safety production supervision in L Town,interviews the safety supervisors and community grid workers engaged in safety production supervision,collects the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of safety production supervision,discusses the reasons for the problems,and summarizes work experience and experience.At the same time,based on the investigation and analysis of the reasons for the production safety accidents of small and medium-sized enterprises in L Town in recent years,we conducted field visits and investigations on small and medium-sized enterprises in L Town to deeply understand the actual situation of the safety production supervision of small and medium-sized enterprises by L Town government.In addition,extensive collection of domestic and foreign works and documents related to work safety supervision is conducted to analyze and sort out the theories,facts and achievements of the materials,so as to reserve theoretical knowledge for research.Based on the investigation and years of work safety supervision,the problems in the work safety supervision of L Town Government are summarized as follows: lack of local legal system for work safety supervision,insufficient investment in work safety supervision,poor coordination of work safety supervision departments,weak work safety supervision team,and work safety law enforcement and supervision in formality.By analyzing the causes of the problems,the following reasons are found: imperfect production safety supervision system,the government does not attach importance to the work of production safety supervision,imperfect production safety supervision system,improper supervision task and supervision force,and lack of social supervision on production safety supervision.Based on the actual situation of L Town and strengthening the study of public management expertise,this paper proposes solutions to improve the work safety supervision of L Town government by improving the construction of the work safety supervision legal system,raising awareness,increasing investment in safety supervision,deepening institutional reform and optimizing supervision functions,strengthening the construction of the work safety supervision team and standardizing the work safety supervision law enforcement behavior,so as to achieve the goal of social work safety,We will promote sound and stable social development.
