Due to the above-mentioned critical chemicals warehouse management,the information technology is too boring and lacks effective monitoring methods.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the monitoring of hazardous chemical warehouses and build an efficient and intelligent information system.This paper takes the hazardous chemical warehouse as the research object,takes UWB positioning technology and Lab VIEW virtual instrument as the main research technology,designs and implements an indoor positioning system suitable for hazardous chemical warehouse management.In the field of indoor positioning,ultra-wideband(UWB)positioning technology has been widely used due to its high positioning accuracy and low power consumption.However,due to the complexity of the indoor environment and the increase of obstacles,multipath effects generally occur,resulting in a decrease in the accuracy,stability and continuity of UWB positioning.This article uses the communication module based on the DW1000 chip and STM32 micro-control unit as the positioning module of the positioning system to realize the function of the base station and the tag,and calculates the distance between the tag and the UWB base station through DS-TWR bilateral two-way ranging technology.Then the main base station transmits the distance information to the upper computer through the data line and uses the triangle centroid positioning algorithm to calculate the coordinate information of the tag.In order to increase the accuracy of calculating the coordinate information and reduce the error,a credibility operator is added to the triangle centroid algorithm.Finally,use Lab VIEW programming software to write an indoor positioning software system,design a relatively complete indoor positioning system,and optimize the calculated coordinate data results to achieve the calculated coordinate position data is more stable and compared with the original data accurate.Experiments were conducted in an indoor environment with four UWB positioning base stations and multiple tags to verify the stability of the positioning system and the degree of error between the optimized result and the actual value,which verified the accuracy of the tag coordinate data of the positioning system and reliability.
