Research On Coal Mine System For Detecting Environment Parameters And Locating Miners' Position

With the continuous progress of science and technology,the field of coal mine safety has also been a rapid progress of hitherto unknown.Now the development of coal mine environmental monitoring equipment is also in the direction of more intelligent,more safety and more portable.But the complex changing terrain and changing gas environment of coal mine are still make the risk coefficient of mine operations in a high level.Among various kinds of accidents,the incidence of coal mine gas explosion accidents,leak accidents and tunnel collapse are particularly high.So it is significant for preventing the accidents and rescue after accidents if we can timely grasp the environmental information and miners' position information.At present,most of the cable parameter detecting instrument is fixed on the wall of roadway and mining area.This paper introduces a kind of portable environmental parameters testing instrument.The instrument not only can detect temperature,humidity,information of toxic gas but also can locate the miners,the instrument also can send these messages to host computer for analysing and storing.Based on Chinese coal mine safety situation and the development of coal mine safety monitoring system,this paper puts forward a solution of a portable system which can achieve both coal mine environment testing and personnel positioning.The paper in-depth studied the principle of ZigBee network technology and ZigBee positioning technology,and gave a high precision triangle centroid localization algorithm based on RSSI.The peripheral circuit of portable instrument and its software system were designed.The instrument mainly finishes testing environment parameters and monitoring miners' position.PC monitoring system program was developed by VB6.0.Its main functions are storing environmental parameters information.displaying the curve of environmental parameter information,querying environmental parameter information according to storage date,displaying personnel position information,etc.After debugging,the system realized functions of collecting environment parameters and position information.Through comparative analysis of the collection data it proved that the system has higher feasibility.
