Research On Ecological Compensation Of Island Tourism Development

In recent years,island tourism has become popular among tourists because of its unique natural scenery and island culture.More and more people choose to spend their holidays on islands with unique scenery and beautiful environment.However,with the rapid development of island tourism,it has also brought a series of serious environmental problems,causing serious damage to the island ecological environment.The 18th CPC National Congress put forward the overall development strategy of "Five-in-One",and the report of the 18th CPC National Congress also clearly emphasized the importance of establishing ecological compensation system,indicating that ecological environmental protection has risen to the level of national strategy.In this context,we should establish and improve the island tourism ecological compensation system,strengthen the construction of the island ecological civilization,protect the island ecological environment,and promote the green and sustainable development of island tourism.This article summarizes the domestic and international discussion on the definition of ecological compensation and island tourism ecological compensation,studies and summarizes the practice of ecological compensation in various fields at home and abroad,and sums up some important enlightenments and advanced experiences from it.This paper also analyzes the ecological environmental problems and compensation status in the tourism development of Changhai County,and compares and analyzes the progress of ecological compensation in other island counties in China,and summarizes a unique model suitable for the ecological compensation of Changhai County’s tourism development.The marine ecological compensation standard part of the ecological compensation mechanism has been investigated and estimated.The survey used the conditional value assessment method to evaluate and estimate the island’s ecological compensation standards,and based on the conditional value assessment method,survey results and SPSS software analysis,it concluded that the public and tourists’ education level,occupation,income level,and ecological protection awareness Intensity will have an impact on the willingness to pay.At present,the awareness of island ecological protection of island tourists is still very weak.It is very necessary for social media and ecological protection organizations to strengthen publicity on the importance of island ecological protection,and relevant national and government departments need to strengthen the public Attach importance to the guidance of ecological and environmental protection.At the level of willingness to pay,it can be seen that the public and tourists are willing to cooperate and support the collection of service fees for island tourism ecosystems.This paper also uses the ecological compensation standard evaluation model to estimate that the ecological compensation standard for each tourist in Changhai County who travels to the islands is 387.87 yuan per person;In terms of the annual ecological compensation amount,it is estimated that Changhai County’s annual tourism ecological compensation amount is about 52×107 yuan,which provides a reference for Changhai County’s island tourism ecological compensation standard.It is conducive to the implementation and promotion of the future ecological compensation mechanism and the protection and sustainable development of the island’s ecological environment.The article also puts forward seven ideas and suggestions for improving the ecological compensation for island tourism in Changhai County through the study of ecological compensation mechanisms and practical experience in various fields at home and abroad.They are: Perfecting the legal system of the ecological compensation mechanism and supporting system measures;Giving full play to the regulatory role of the government and the incentive role of the market;Promoting the combination of ecological compensation and poverty alleviation;Actively explore diversified ecological compensation models;Strengthen the scientific rationality analysis of ecological compensation standards;Establishing and improving the ecological compensation supervision and evaluation mechanism;Strengthen ecological restoration and environmental protection awareness promotion.
