| Sintered plastic filter has attracted the attention of industrial dust removal in recent years due to its advantages of high filtration precision and long service life.Pulse-jet is one of the most commonly used dust removal methods for filters.Exploring the characteristics of the filtration and dust-cleaning of pulse-jet sintered plastic filter can provide theoretical foundation and technical support for its industrial applications.In this paper,based on the sintered plastic filter,the peak pressure,pulsed air flow field,dust discharge concentration and system resistance of the sintered plastic filter were determined with experimental instruments.With theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics,environmental science,etc.,the pressure peak change law,the internal pressure distribution,the cleaning performance and stable operation parameters of ultrafine adhesive powder of the sintered plastic filter have been studied.The experiment includes three parts:the influence of pulse-jet parameters(pulse pressure,jet distance,nozzle diameter)on the performance of sintered plastic filter under normal pressure;industrial dust-cleaning parameters(air velocity,gas-solid concentration,viscosity of powder)on the dust-cleaning performance of sintered plastic filter;comparison analysis of sintered plastic filter and cartridge filter for the dust-cleaning performance of adhesive powder(kaolin,boehmite).The experimental research achievements are as follows:(1)Through the test of the pressure peak of the side wall of sintered plastic filter,the relationship between the cleaning effect and the peak pressure is discussed,thereby revealing the pressure distribution law of the sintered plastic filter along the side wall and obtaining the optimum jet distance;through the shooting of the airflow field at the nozzle by a schlierener,the influencing factors of the airflow deflection are explored,and the optimum nozzle diameter is selected;through the geometric relationship between the jet distance and the nozzle diameter,the mathematical relationship between which is fitted.The results show that the pressure value in the middle of the sintered plastic filter is relatively small,which is the focus of cleaning;the optimum nozzle diameter is 6mm,corresponding to the optimum jet distance of 45mm;the relationship between the optimum jet distance s and the nozzle diameter d is:s=(d-a)/2/tan{(0.37275d^2-1.33545d+35.95005)/2}.(2)The effects of pulse pressure and pulse interval on dust-cleaning performance were systematically analyzed from the viewpoint of filter resistance as well as energy consumption.By changing the gas-solid concentration and air velocity,the industrial experiment of sintered plastic filter was conducted for two kinds of powders,kaolin and bombyte,and the laws of dust collector resistance and dust emission concentration with each dust-cleaning parameter were discussed,and the suggested values of air velocity and gas-solid concentration to ensure the stable operation of dust collector equipment in the process of collecting two kinds of adhesive powders in sintered plastic filter were proposed.The results show that:the stable operation of the sintered plastic filter for collecting kaolin and boehmite is in the range of0.6~1.0m/min,0.6~0.8m/min,respectively,and the stable resistance value of the equipment is in the range of 155~520Pa,325~500Pa(The gas-solid concentration is 15~45g/m~3);the dust emission concentration is far less than 1mg/m~3,which can achieve ultra-low emissions.(3)By comparing the system resistance and emission concentration of the cartridge filter and the sintered plastic filter in collecting two adhesive powders,combined with the material structure characteristics of the two filter materials and the dust-cleaning effect diagram,the sintered plastic filter is verified that it has the advantage of stability in system resistance and emission concentration.The results showed that the resistance of the cartridge filter increased to 6000 Pa within 30 minutes of collecting kaolin powder,and it was not stable even after collecting boehmite within 70 minutes,and the maximum emission concentration could reach29.3 mg/m~3.By comparison,it is found that the plastic burning plate dust remover has lower system resistance and discharge concentration. |
