Study On The Planning Of Natural Protected Area System With Regional Characteristics In Dongguan

Protected natural areas are the core carrier of ecological construction,the precious wealth of the Chinese nation,and an important symbol of the beautiful China.They play a primary role in safeguarding national ecological security.The construction of protected natural area system is one of the development directions of protected natural areas.Due to the differences in natural resource endowment,ecological function location and economic and social development goals,how to build a natural protected area system with regional characteristics is not only a planning practice problem,but also an academic and theoretical problem that needs to be discussed.This article was to explore the natural reserve system and regional natural resources,natural reserve system and land ecological security system,natural protected area and regional economic and social development,on the basis of academic problems,such as in dongguan city as a case,based on natural reserve system and regional natural resources endowment,the spatial distribution characteristics and adapt to social and economic development planning perspective,The optimal planning scheme of the natural protected area system with regional characteristics is put forward.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:1)This paper sorts out the core concepts of protected natural areas and systems,interprets the basic theories of national ecological security,ecology and landscape ecology,analyzes the research and practice progress of protected natural areas at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the planning of protected natural areas system with regional characteristics.2)Analysis on the construction of protected natural area system with regional characteristics:(1)From the perspective of natural resources conservation,the protected natural area system should cover the typical and important natural resources within the scope of the region;(2)from the perspective of land ecological security,the natural protected area is the foundation of land ecological security,the area of the natural protected area system should scale,space layout and regional natural resources endowment and ecological function location matching,and the red line and ecological protection,ecological public welfare forest land for ecological protection,such as common areas of land ecological security;(3)From the perspective of the protected natural area system and regional economic and social development,the function of the protected natural area system should adapt to the regional economic and social development goals,and to the regional population characteristics and needs.3)Based on the analysis of the existing protected natural areas in Dongguan,the optimized planning of the protected natural areas system in Dongguan is carried out.The nature protected area system in Dongguan has the following characteristics:(1)the nature protected area system based on the forest park and the nature protected area system based on the nature protected area;(2)the system of protected natural areas with municipal protected natural areas as the main body;(3)a natural protected area system with "group" of natural protected areas as its spatial distribution;(4)To build a perfect network of natural experience and outdoor recreation in the natural protected area system.By establishing a nature protected area system based on the nature protected location and the forest park,the typical and important natural resources in Dongguan can be fully protected.To maintain the stable development of regional natural protected area structure by establishing a natural protected area system with municipal natural protected area as the main body;By establishing the natural protected area system with "group" as the spatial distribution characteristic,the important ecological function areas in clusters within the region should be protected comprehensively,and the ecological corridors within and between groups should be constructed to strengthen the ecological links within and between groups,and ensure the stability of the ecological security pattern.Through the construction of a perfect natural experience and outdoor recreation network in the natural protected area system,the demand for outdoor recreation in the population characteristics of Dongguan can be met.
