According to the problem of green reuse of abandoned materials in highway construction,this paper puts forward a "one body three pillars" route plan for the reuse of abandoned materials in Ningxia Mountain highway construction,which integrates the static and dynamic mathematical model of the reuse of abandoned materials,the evaluation method of the impact of the reuse of abandoned materials on the ecological capacity and the measurement method of the economic benefits of the reuse of abandoned materials,and combines the actual number According to the case study on the reuse of abandoned materials in mountain roads under the background of green construction.First of all,the status quo and theoretical basis of the reuse of abandoned materials are summarized,the general situation of S60 project section of highway construction in Ningxia mountainous area is introduced,and combined with the difficulties and influencing factors of green construction,the basic principles and precautions for the reuse scheme design of highway construction in Ningxia mountainous area are determined,and the static and dynamic mathematics integrating the classification and reuse of abandoned materials is constructed The model,the evaluation method of the impact of the waste material reuse on the ecological capacity and the "one body,three pillars" route plan of the waste material reuse in Ningxia mountainous area highway construction.Among them,the dynamic and static scheduling model of abandoned materials comprehensively considers the topographic and geomorphic characteristics of the construction area and the temporal and spatial variation law of the reuse of abandoned materials;while the ecological capacity evaluation method and benefit analysis method provide a theoretical basis for the quantitative analysis of the ecological effect and economic utility of the reuse of abandoned materials for highway construction in Ningxia Mountain Area from the ecological and economic perspectives.Then,based on the actual situation of the highway construction project in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia,this paper analyzes the causes and classification of the project abandonment,and provides the traditional disposal method of abandonment,which is measured by the economic indicators.Then,based on the green construction,the dynamic and static dispatching model is verified by using the project data,and the abandonment benefits are obtained from the plan of reusing cultivated land capacity and ecological capacity,loess brick making In terms of economic benefits,ecological deficit and ecological compensation caused by the reuse of abandoned earth,the impact of the reuse of abandoned earth on the environment is analyzed.Finally,a comprehensive comparison is made between the cost of the economic benefit measurement method for the reuse of abandoned materials,which is guided by economic indicators and takes into account ecological indicators.The difference and connection between the new method and the traditional method are discussed.On this basis,the decision-making reference and suggestions are provided for other construction decision makers.
