Research On Collaborative Management Of Infrastructure Construction In Tourism Area Based On Ecological Footprint Theory

In recent years,with the development of economy and the expansion of industry scale,China’s tourism system has been increasingly improved,and the scale of infrastructure construction in tourist area has also expanded.However,against the background of global ecological environment facing challenges and the country’s development mode is under transformation,China’s tourism development and infrastructure construction of tourist areas must follow the laws of natural ecology.It is important to coordinate the relationship between economic development and ecological protection in tourist areas.Thus,we will achieve tourism sustainable development and ecological development of tourism infrastructure construction.Since the 1970s,there have been some serious ecological problems on the global scale,such as excessive development and construction due to excessive pursuit of economic benefits,resulting in the neglect of ecological values,waste of resources as well as environmental pollution,etc.The situation has caused various serious losses to people around the world,and it has caused serious problems on sustainable development in various industries.Under such circumstances,China’s tourism industry should adopt sustainable development strategies.Eco-tourism infrastructure construction should meet dual requirements of ecology and economy.The sustainable and coordinated development of tourism infrastructure needs to fully consider the special characteristics of tourism areas.We need to attach importance to issues of natural ecological sustainability in tourist areas.This paper adopts the idea of "discovering problems-theoretical analysis-present situation description-quantitative analysis-qualitative analysis-putting forward suggestions".Through reading,collating and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,we look for the entry point of the paper,taking sustainable development,ecological footprint model and collaborative management theory as the theoretical basis.This paper first analyses the relevant research status at home and abroad,then it describes and analyses the current situation and existing problems of infrastructure construction in Changbai Mountain tourist area.Secondly,the ecological footprint model of infrastructure in Changbai Mountain tourist area is established.Through the quantitative analysis of the infrastructure construction in Changbai Mountain tourist area,the following problems are found in the cooperative management of infrastructure construction in Changbai Mountain tourist area:(1)There are some problems in the infrastructure construction of Changbai Mountain tourist area.Through the analysis,we can see that there are some problems in the infrastructure construction of Changbai Shang Tourist Area,such as the need to strengthen the construction of related infrastructure,the need to improve the management system and so on.(2)The infrastructure in Changbai Mountain tourism area does serious damages to ecological environment.This paper calculates ecological profits and loss of Changbai Mountain tourist area by using the model of tourism ecological footprint.It finds that the ecological footprint of infrastructure in Changbai Mountain tourist area exceeds its ecological carrying capacity,that is to say,it presents the situation of ecological deficit.It shows that Changbai Mountain tourist area neglects the protection and planning of tourism environment and tourist resources while rapidly developing its tourism infrastructure.According to the existing data and construction analysis,if the tourism and infrastructure construction of Changbai Mountains do not take certain measures,the resources and environment of Changbai Mountains may suffer more serious damages in the future.(3)The coordinated management of tourism infrastructure construction in Changbai Mountain tourism area needs to be strengthened.Through the analysis of tourists’ attention,satisfaction,development status,existing problems and obstacles,we can see that the infrastructure construction of Changbai Mountain tourist area needs to be strengthened.Also,there are some problems in the infrastructure collaborative management.After putting forward the goal of collaborative management,we put forward the collaborative management mode,path and policy recommendations.
