With the rapid development of the national economy,the environmental carrying capacity has become smaller and smaller,and the government has begun to pay attention to the development of clean energy.The continuous introduction of various preferential policies has promoted the production and sales of new energy vehicles by leaps and bounds,but with it is the approaching wave of scrapping of power batteries for new energy vehicles.If these used power batteries are not handled properly,they will inevitably cause serious waste of resources and environmental pollution to the society.In recent years,with the country’s emphasis and policy preference on the recycling of new energy and waste power batteries,my country’s power battery recycling and processing companies have achieved initial development.However,due to insufficient development experience and irregular corporate management,power battery recycling companies are still facing Problems such as serious waste of resources,large environmental pollution,low economic benefits,and frequent safety accidents.These problems reflect the unscientific and incomplete evaluation of the reverse logistics performance of enterprise power batteries,and the unclear direction of enterprise reform.Therefore,it is very valuable to study the performance evaluation of reverse logistics of power battery based on green environmental protection as the research content.This research first introduces the research background of the article,and reviews the literature from three perspectives: green logistics,performance evaluation,and power battery.And under the support of related theories such as reverse logistics and closed-loop supply chain,it analyzes the current situation of power battery recycling,and concludes that my country’s current power battery reverse logistics has serious waste of resources,serious environmental pollution,low economic benefits,and prominent safety problems.problem.Secondly,based on the principles of adaptability,systematicness,operability,and dynamics of the evaluation index system,this paper will comprehensively consider the particularity of battery recycling,collect expert data,and build a green reverse logistics of power batteries as the target layer to save resources.,Environmental friendliness,economic efficiency and safety level as the criterion level,the power battery reverse logistics performance evaluation index system with 17 influencing factors as the index level,especially the "safety level" index that is focused on in the "14th Five-Year Plan" has been added,and The weight of each index is determined by using the hierarchical-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to the collected data,combined with expert scores,a comprehensive evaluation is carried out.At the same time,give optimization suggestions based on the evaluation results.The research results of the performance evaluation of power battery reverse logistics can provide relevant power battery recycling companies with self-evaluation methods and suggestions for improvement and optimization,and can also provide reference for the formulation of strategic policies and regulations for relevant government departments,and promote the green and sustainable development of my country’s economy.
