The urban mineral demonstration base can realize multiple functions,such as the gathering of renewable resources,the centralized treatment of pollutants,the sharing of environmental protection facilities and industries,and the coupling and symbiosis of production enterprises.It meets the requirements of the new era of environmental protection and intensive development,and is a new industrial organization form vigorously promoted by the state.It is of great practical significance to explore the development mode,resources and environmental benefits of the urban mineral demonstration base,to promote its development and to provide scientific basis for the construction of the base.This paper summarizes the research and practice of urban mineral at home and abroad,and introduces the theory of reverse logistics network,economic evaluation method,ecological environment evaluation method and so on.This paper analyzes the construction of urban mineral demonstration base from the perspective of reverse logistics.The first chapter of this paper takes Haixi urban mineral demonstration base as an example,and studies the development mode of urban mineral demonstration base under reverse logistics network from the perspective of online and offline integration.Offline includes the construction standard of each logistics node and the location model of some logistics nodes.Online,through the Internet plus mode,we build a urban mineral reverse logistics network information platform to achieve information sharing and improve the efficiency of recycling.In the second chapter,the economic benefit evaluation method of urban mineral demonstration base is studied.Through the organic combination of material flow analysis and entropy method,the economic benefit index weight of urban mineral demonstration base is determined.Taking the project of Fujian Haixi renewable resources industrial park as an example,the project with the most economic benefit is the smelting and casting project of nonferrous metals.In the third chapter,the evaluation method of eco-environmental benefits of urban mineral demonstration base is studied.By constructing the evaluation index system of eco-environmental benefits of urban mineral demonstration base,and using AHP to reasonably allocate the weight of the index system,a mathematical model was established to comprehensively score the eco-environmental benefits of the base.
