After the disaster,the aircraft-based low-altitude emergency rescue has become the main emergency rescue mode for global development due to its flexible,timely and efficient characteristics,and the rapid and accurate prediction of emergency materials and the safe and efficient planning of aircraft as emergency rescue.The basic link of the activity is the basis for the decision-making of rapid response to disaster relief,and the importance is self-evident.Firstly,according to the dynamic time-varying and multi-source characteristics of disaster information,this paper collects relevant historical statistical data,simulation data and disaster data,and combines the support vector machine intelligent algorithm with the rolling time domain framework.The multi-cycle rolling prediction method for the number of victims is formed,and the material demand in this cycle is indirectly predicted by means of warehouse inventory theory.Secondly,considering the difficulty of predicting the wind speed field through the simple wind speed prediction model,it is difficult to predict the model by simple wind speed prediction model.A wind field solution calculation method based on numerical simulation,the data of the entire wind field is obtained by solving the research area,thereby obtaining the wind speed information of the track node,providing data support for the track correction;finally,targeting the aircraft Performance factors,low-altitude wind factors and mutual constraints between multiple aircrafts for the influence of the track,the aircraft performance model was established,and the safety track planning of multiple aircraft was completed by introducing the time window principle and A* algorithm,and the wind effect was constructed.Track correction model,based on each track Wind speed at the point of initial track in a no-wind condition is corrected,amended drawn track,complete pre-tactical planning for multiple aircraft safety tracks.In view of the above research content,the Wenchuan area was selected as an example for analysis and comparison with related literatures.The results show that the material demand prediction method and safety track planning method proposed in this paper are scientific and the research work is innovative.
