Emergency rescue system of urban work safety was the main part of emergency rescue system of provincial work safety, which supervised and guaranteed the urban work safety synthetically. However there were many problems in national emergency rescue, which made great gap for establishment of emergency rescue system of urban work safety. The study for key technology and emergency rescue system of urban work safety was fulfilled in this paper, and the main content is showed as the follows.1. The author put forward the building keystone of emergency rescue system of urban work safety, namely, general framework of emergency rescue system of urban work safety, which can be divided into three parts for command center of emergency rescue system of urban work safety, network command procedure of emergency rescue system of urban work safety and the intellectualized response procedure of work accident emergency rescue system, and so on.2. The work for urban emergency rescue is finished throw 3-dimension of technology, substantiality and supervision, which can improve quickly response and resisting ability for unexpected major accidents and disasters.3. The arithmetic of Dijkstra can be used to analyze, then the LINGO software is programmed to calculate the optimized path based on the principle for the emergency rescue and the real condition of work accidents, and then the option of optimized resources is fulfilled.4. For the decided emergency rescue places, the model of optimized material transportation scheme is settled by using LINGO software according to the ability and request of transportation the lowest cost while the rescue material can be supplied without any absence or delay.Finally the models for option of optimized path and optimized material transportation scheme are applied in this paper.
