It is of great significance for waste water treatment and energy recycling to the environment protection and sustainable development,and its control system plays an important role in process stabilization,production safety and energy saving.Baed on one of new type of organism waste water treatment and carbon capture,a PLC-SCADA process control system for biologically based alcohol from organic waste water is designed in this paper.This paper first introduces the fundmantal principles of the new process,and then according to the process demands,the general control scheme is put forward,which includes the general architechture,controller units,field bus and the control loops.Secondly,the hardware of the control system is designed,which includes the type selection of the hardware,the design of central operating station,remote control stations and their input-output modules,as well as sensors and actuators,etc.Thirdly,the software of the control system is designed.According to the development demands and the characteristics of the PLC-SCADA,the configuration software design is finished,as well as the control strategies and control algorithms.Finally,some key control loops of the process are introduced.According the specific requirements,some complicated process control systems are dedicated designed,including feedback and feed forward composite temperature control system for reactors,temperature and level override control system for reactors,surge tank level and flowrate loose control system,and bacteria flowrate split range control system,etc.After long time debug and test,this system has now successfully been committed in real practice.The hardware and software of the control system are all proved stable and reliable,which well meets the waste water process demands,and a stable and safe production is now realized by this new process control system. |
