| In recent years,due to the tremendous development of large-scale pig farms,some small-scale pig farms don’t take environmental protection into account because of its high costs,meanwhile some large-scale pig farms are lack of technology and equipments for pollution treatment,the problems of environmental pollution and food safety becomes more and more serious.Now,the country advocates circular economy and sustainable development,so environmental authorities impose much heavier penalties on environmental pollution which has increased pressure on pig farms and various pig farms have shut down.Hence this dissertation studies treatment methods of pollutants and design of pig waste treatment device and control system to solve the environmental pollution caused by fecal sewage and dead pigs in intensive breeding process.The main research contents in this dissertation are as follows:(1)The design of harmless treatment system of dead pigsThe dissertation do research on harmless treatment of dead pigs to deal with the the problems of environmental pollution in breeding process.Then,a set of automatic processing equipment for dead pigs is designed which combines Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology and sensing technology.Taking temperature control algorithm for processing technology into consideration,the automatic equipment realize harmless treatment dead pigs.(2)The design of manure removal systemThe dissertation studies on fecal cleaning methods to settle pollution problems caused by fecal sewage in breeding process.So,a set of automatic manure removal device is designed which combines PLC technology and sensing technology.Automatic cleaning of feces,manure removal of pigs and sewage disposal can be realized.(3)The design of sewage disposal systemThe dissertation focuses on sewage treatment technology to achieve automatic control of partial modules.Through the design of the processing device and control system,environmental pollution caused by sewage and dead pigs can be resolved,then sustainable development of pig farms is realized. |
