| As the main underground coal transport equipment,Belt conveyor plays an important role in the coal production process.With the continuous upgrading and optimization of production structure in coal industry,belt conveyor is gradually developed towards automation,intelligence and informatization.Based on the control system of belt conveyor in Wangjialing Coal Mine,this paper designs an intelligent control system of belt conveyor to solve the problems such as high power consumption and single control structure.(1)Based on the analysis of the relationship between resistance and power of belt conveyor,the factors affecting energy consumption of belt conveyor system are summarized.Among them,the starting mode of conveyor,belt speed of conveyor and coal flow rate have significant influence on power.In this paper,the reverse coal flow and coal flow start mode are compared,the coal flow start mode is effective in energy saving;Aiming at the energy loss caused by the mismatch between coal flow rate and belt velocity in coal mine production,a reasonable matching model between belt velocity and coal flow is established by analyzing the relationship between belt velocity and coal flow.(2)Based on the analysis of the relationship between coal flow rate,belt speed and power,a fuzzy neural network energy saving model based on IBSA-T-S is proposed and this model integrates fuzzy control and neural network.T-s fuzzy neural network is used to build a conveyor energy saving model with belt speed and coal flow as input nodes of the network and power as output nodes.Adaptive Gaussian function is used as membership function to realize the best matching between the energy saving model and the actual model.The improved bird swarm algorithm is used to optimize the neural network to improve the convergence speed and optimization performance.By training the proposed neural network,the results show that the model can realize the optimal matching of belt velocity and coal flow,and reduce the invalid energy consumption of the belt conveyor in the underground.(3)In view of the problem of multi-motor power imbalance in the speed regulation process of belt conveyor,this paper adopts the master-slave control strategy which takes the motor current as the power control basis.This strategy takes the current of master motor as the power of the slave motor,and makes the power of the slave motor to achieve power balance.The simulation results show that the strategycan reduce the current deviation of the master and slave motors and makes the output power of each motor relatively balanced.(4)Taking Wangjialing Coal Mine as the background,the hardware and software of intelligent control system for underground belt conveyor are designed.The hardware takes PLC as the core,realizes the functions of intelligent control,remote monitoring and comprehensive protection of underground belt conveyor.IFIX configuration software is adopted to carry out visual interface design for the conveyor system,realizing real-time monitoring,data query,maintenance alarm and other functions of the belt conveyor.The field test in Wangjialing Coal Mine shows that the system is effective in controlling the conveyer system and saving energy. |
