Research On Sewage Treatment Project Cost Control Of C Company

As China’s economic construction gradually deepens,China’s modern industrialization cause has achieved great progress,creating a large amount of economic and social wealth for China,and contributing enormously to improving people’s lives and enhancing national strength.At the same time,it should not be overlooked that the problem of environmental pollution in our country has become more and more serious.The pollution of water resources and the pollution of air by various factories and enterprises are common in newspapers and various news websites.Faced with such a severe environmental protection situation,China has set environmental protection as the basic national policy in the early 1990 s,requiring all sewage discharge enterprises to strictly follow the national standards for the construction of sewage treatment projects,so as to protect the increasingly precious water resources and the drinking water safety for Chinese people.However,the cost of sewage treatment systems is very high.Even small sewage treatment projects are financially challenging for enterprises.If scientific project cost control theory could be applied to the construction of small and medium-sized sewage treatment projects,then it will further reduce the expenditures reasonably,reduce the investment of enterprises in sewage treatment projects,and improve enterprises’ better compliance with the national policy.In this way,enterprises with sewage discharge requirements in China can better achieve both economic and social benefits.Taking the cost control of sewage treatment project of C mining enterprise as an example,this paper sorts out and analyzes the cost control experience of small and medium-sized sewage treatment projects,and pinpionts the problems existing in the sewage treatment project of C enterprise through the research on the project cost control process.The reasons leading to such problems are also identified.In addition,the paper finds out the key factors affecting the cost control of small and medium-sized enterprises’ sewage treatment projects,and summarizes the problems that need to be paid attention to in the cost control of sewage treatment projects.It is hoped that it can provide insights into the cost control of sewage treatment projects of other sewage disposal enterprises.
