Research On Cost Management Of Life-Cycled Sewage Treatment Project

With the continuous improvement of the economic level,the competition in the economic market is becoming more and fiercer.What’s more,the competition between projects of various types of enterprises is increasing.In order to keep the enterprises’market advantages within the industry,the enterprises need to start their own project construction and to expand their own advantages.In this condition,the cost control of the project is quite important.And with the increasing emphasis on environmental protection in all areas of our society,environmentally-related enterprises are developing rapidly,and sewage treatment plants are one of them.However,in the process of sewage treatment,due to immature technology and other issues,the cost of sewage treatment projects is higher than before.So the market competitiveness of sewage treatment plants has been greatly reduced.To solve this problem,it is necessary to start from the roots and control costs.Therefore,through project cost management,sewage is controlled.The low cost of the treatment plant can enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the S project 10×10~4m3 per day.And the study involves below parts:the upgrade of investment budget of the preliminary design stage,the construction drawing budget in the building stage,and the cost management during the process of life-cycled sewage treatment project construction.What’s more,there also is the depth analysis for the problems being in the process.Current cost management method has below phenomenon:checking the computation after the project finished;lack of the establishment of an effective and dynamic cost control and accounting system;the cost always exceed expectations when account after the completion of the project construction;these will lead to the depreciation expense of assets exceeds the created profit and finally can’t meet the expectations.This paper advises to effectively control the cost management from below stages:the bidding stage of the construction project,the pre-project stage,the project implementation stage,and the project completion summary evaluation stage.This paper analyzes the composition of the total investment of the sewage treatment project.In this way,the key points and basic processes of the project construction cost management were clarified.By this analysis,the company can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.
