Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Urban Construction Waste Management In Zhenhai District Of Ningbo City

Under the situation of rapid advancement of urbanization,continuous demolition of buildings,and new construction,the amount of construction waste is also increasing,which has seriously affected the lives and ecological environment of the citizens,and has adversely affected the development of the city’s economy.Governments,trade associations,construction companies,etc.should ponder over the issue of construction waste management.How to deal with and use such construction waste to solve the problem of urban and environmental development has become a core issue that people need to face.Therefore,this paper is based on further research on the issue of construction waste management.In turn,it provides enlightenment for the problem of construction waste management.The full text takes Zhenhai District as the background and consists of six parts: 1.Introduction part,introduces the topic selection,research purpose,research method and innovation and research status at home and abroad;2.Theoretical overview,introduces multi-center governance and environmental supervision theory;3.Focus on the management of construction waste;4.Expound the problems it faces and explain the causes of the problem;5.Investigate and discuss the solution to the problem.Combined with the theory introduced in this paper,it proposes a feasible solution to the problems existing in the construction waste environmental treatment,and then provides guidance and action basis for the Chinese government to deal with this issue more efficiently.This paper combines environmental supervision theory and multi-center governance theory to study the problem of construction waste management and propose corresponding solutions.It advocates the establishment of a government waste control system supported by the government,the support of the market,and the supervision and management of the association.The negative impact of construction waste on people’s lives and urban development is effectively solved.Under the situation that the government gradually adopts scientific and theoretical methods for governance and the self-discipline of enterprises is constantly improving,and the legal system of our country is becoming more and more mature,it is convinced that this problem will be effectively solved in the near future.
