| Since the reform and opening up,the basic industrial economy of Hebei Province has developed rapidly,especially the chemical industry has been breaking through the new starting point,and the proportion of the added value of the industrial industry in Hebei Province has been increasing.Chemical industry is a special industry,more than70% of the devices involved are special equipment.In case of medium leakage or equipment explosion,it will seriously damage the national public interest and the safety of people’s lives and property.As a basic work to ensure safety and operation,the quality supervision and management of chemical construction engineering plays an important role not only in the present but also in the future.In the new era of the development and construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,high-quality industrial development requirements have become the main theme of the times.For the quality supervision of chemical project construction in Hebei Province,it shoulders the responsibility of "long-term plan,quality first".In the face of the development and change of chemical industry situation,problems and difficulties have been exposed in the quality supervision work.It is necessary to further improve the management system and mechanism and innovate the supervision and management methods.Taking the quality supervision of chemical project construction as the research object,this paper compares and analyzes the research results of chemical construction engineering quality supervision at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Hebei provincial government in the quality supervision and management of chemical project construction project,and expounds the historical evolution of quality supervision and management of chemical industry construction project in China and the current management situation of Hebei Province,and makes literature research From the perspective of government quality supervision and management,this paper finds out the practical problems such as weak law enforcement,few institutions and personnel,and low declaration rate of quality supervision.It lists typical administrative supervision cases found in the quality supervision and inspection of chemical construction projects in Hebei Province,and analyzes the causes of the problems Based on the analysis and summary,in order to solve the problems existing in the quality supervision and management of chemical project construction,this paper puts forward some specific countermeasures,such as setting up scientific institutions,strengthening law enforcement,promoting hierarchical management,increasing staffing,strengthening the main responsibility,and establishing engineering credit system.The research in this paper can not only solve the development direction confusion faced by engineering quality supervision institutions,but also provide useful reference for the efficient development of chemical construction engineering quality supervision business in Hebei Province. |
