Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Humble Leadership On Innovation Efficiency Of Enterprises

With the emergence of new environment and new situation of enterprises such as economic virtualization,technology intelligence and social ecology,it is more and more difficult for leaders to achieve "controlling the whole situation at the top",and the traditional leadership is difficult to respond to the rapid changes of organizations.Based on this practice background,the humble leadership has become the leader’s way instead of the traditional "top-down" leadership.Although the humble leadership has formed a relatively mature theoretical system in western countries.there is still a situation of"acclimatization" in the Chinese context.The Western humble leadership can not effectively explain the leadership activities of local enterprises in China.What is the connotation of humble leadership in Chinese context,what are the differences between humility leadership and western leadership,and how this leadership affects the innovation efficiency of enterprises need to be answered by Chinese management academia.Therefore,this paper starts from the humble leadership theory,combined with the empowerment theory.to clarify the dimension connotation of humble leadership in Chinese context,and explore the impact mechanism of enterprise innovation efficiency,so as to supplement and improve the research on the localization humble leadership theory in China.Based on the grounded theory,this paper clearly defines the dimensions of humble leadership in China,extracts three dimensions:self-awareness,appreciation of others and open learning,analyzes the similarities and differences between the connotation of humble leadership and Western humble leadership,and determines the functional level of humble leadership.Secondly,through adopt the case study of Kutesmart and Geliahao,this paper analyzes the specific mechanism of this leadership on the organizational level,team level and individual level of innovation effectiveness.Finally,the paper constructs a common mechanism model of the influence of humble leadership on the innovation efficiency of enterprises,enriches the research situation of humble leadership in the field of innovation,and provides theoretical guidance for the improvement of innovation efficiency of Chinese enterprises.
