Research On The Legislation Of New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Recycling Management In China

In order to promote the high-quality development of the new energy automobile industry and accelerate the establishment of a powerful automobile nation,the State Council issued the "New Energy Automobile Industry Development Plan(2021-2035)" in October 2020 and proposed to accelerate the promotion of legislation for the recycling and utilization of power batteries.In this context,combined with the various environmental protection legislation that my country has revised in recent years,such as the "Environmental Protection Law","Solid Waste Pollution Prevention Law","Circular Economy Promotion Law" and other laws,in addition,my country is currently facing an energy crisis And environmental pollution series issues,the improvement of my country’s new energy vehicle power battery recycling management legal system has become the meaning of the question.This paper analyzes the current status of power battery recycling in my country,the problems in the recycling management process,and the current status of battery recycling legal systems.Through studying the United States,Japan,the European Union,South Korea and other countries or regions,the legal system for power battery recycling management is analyzed.Based on its mature experience,explore the scientific and feasible recycling management model based on my country’s national conditions,and finally form legislative recommendations.The article will be divided into five parts to expand the discussion: The first part is to introduce the theoretical basis and practical significance of my country’s new energy vehicle power battery recycling management legislation.The second part is to explain the necessity and feasibility of my country’s power battery recycling management legislation,and discuss the practical and urgent needs of this legislation in environmental protection,response to energy crises and promotion of sustainable development.The third part is to discuss the current status of my country’s power battery recycling management legislation,analyze and clarify the current problems in the construction of my country’s power battery recycling legal system.The fourth part summarizes the current status of the recycling of used power batteries in the United States,Japan,the European Union,South Korea and other countries or regions and the relevant legislative content,and analyzes the significance of my country’s power battery recycling management legislation.The fifth part is to put forward relevant legislative suggestions to promote the continuous improvement of my country’s new energy vehicle power battery recycling management legal system.
