Research On Recycling Prices Of New Energy Vehicle Power Battery For Company A Under Government Intervention

In recent years,with the rapid popularity of new energy vehicles in China and due to limitations in the service life of power batteries,the scrap of power batteries has increased.If the waste of the power battery cannot be recycled reasonably then it will lead towards the waste of resources and environmental pollution.In order to promote the development of the power battery recycling industry,the government has issued a series of management regulations and measures,and some regions have introduced policies such as recycling subsidies.Due to increasing government intervention,it is of great significance to study the relationship between intervention and pricing strategies for the development of the power battery recycling industry.Firstly,the research background is introduced,the purpose and significance of the research are proposed.The research status of recycling,government intervention and power battery recycling pricing,which are closely related to the research object of the thesis work,are summarized and reviewed.The existing shortcomings are pointed out in the research direction of power battery recycling pricing,and the research focus and innovation points of thesis are proposed.Secondly,starting from the current situation of the new energy vehicle power battery recycling industry and the current status of company A’s power battery recycling pricing.This research work combines the company’s pricing problems in the power battery recycling process and try to proposed an overall solution plan of the problems.Then,based on the six recycling models commonly used by Company A in the layout of recycling business,a three-level closed-loop supply chain recycling pricing model involving battery manufacturers,car manufacturers,retailers,and third-party recycling companies is constructed while considering government interference factor.Based on the game theory method,the pricing decision process under different recycling models is analyzed and the reverse induction method is used to solve different models.Finally,the model is applied to the analysis and solution of actual problems.Aiming at how the leading companies can maximize profits under different recycling models,specific pricing strategies are proposed.Focusing on the relevant factors of government intervention,this thesis analyzes the impact of changes in the intervention behavior on the recovery model and profit of enterprises and governments,and further provides development suggestions for enterprises and governments to verify the practical value of the proposed model.
