| Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base is one of the 14 important chemical bases in my country.Over the years,Ningdong has relied on the advantages of energy and mineral resources to make the economy develop rapidly,and the energy and chemical products produced are gradually refined and high-end.At the same time,the land use of the Ningdong Industrial Base has changed drastically.Under the background of the slowdown of economic growth during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,how to ensure the industrial transformation and upgrading of the Ningdong Industrial Base based on the intensive use of land.This paper studies the overall characteristics,dynamics and transfer characteristics of land use in the Ningdong Industrial Base Industrial Park,and analyzes the overall characteristics of the industrial park.On this basis,evaluates and evaluates the intensive use of land in Ningdong Industrial Park.The evaluation of the intensive degree of the industrial industry,and then combing the industrial park’s time and space evolution and the realization path of industrial structure upgrading,and systematically studied this,in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference significance for promoting the high-quality industrial development of Ningdong Industrial Base.This article first uses image data interpretation to analyze the land use changes of Ningdong Industrial Base from 2000 to 2019 from the perspective of time and space,and then uses entropy method and analytic hierarchy process to analyze the level of land intensive use in Ningdong Industrial Park and the degree of intensive industrial industry.Measure,and finally analyze and study the path of industrial transformation and upgrading in Ningdong Industrial Park under the conditions of intensive use of land,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.(1)During the industrial transformation and upgrading of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base from 2000 to 2019,the degree of land use change was significant.From 2000 to 2019,the area of agricultural and ecological land and construction land increased significantly,and the area of unused land decreased significantly.From 2000 to 2019,the absolute number of reduced areas of bare land was the largest,the absolute number of increased areas of forest land was the largest,and the absolute number of increased areas of residential and industrial and mining land was the second.The conversion of land use types is mainly manifested in the large transfer area of construction land,grassland,and cultivated land.Among them,cultivated land,construction land,and water areas are shown as net transfer characteristics,and grassland,woodland,bare land,sandy land,and saline-alkali land are shown as net transfer types.(2)In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base from 2013 to 2020,the level of intensive use of land has been continuously improved,and the land use situation has developed from the initial extensive to intensive development.In 2020,the land supply rate and land completion rate will be 82.33%and 88.45%,respectively,the comprehensive floor area ratio will reach 0.72,and the building density will reach 45.19%,indicating that the development zone’s land supply and completion conditions continue to be in good condition.The investment intensity of fixed assets of industrial land in the development zone in 201 8 exceeded the ideal value of 40 million yuan per hectare,and the average tax on industrial land in 201 8 has exceeded the ideal value of 1.2 million yuan per hectare,indicating that the investment and output benefits of the development zone are in line with expectations.The proportion of the remaining land available in the development zone in 2020 is less than 10%,indicating that the available land in the development zone is tightening.Companies that do not use the supply will be supervised or recovered in a timely manner,and the potential of the supplied land will be tapped and intensively managed.(3)According to the evaluation of different types of industrial enterprises,the petroleum,coal and other fuel processing industries rank first.The representative enterprises are the leading enterprises such as Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry and Baofeng Energy.The Chemical Park and Linhe Industrial Park form an industrial cluster,but they occupy the largest area of any industry.Non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry,instrument and meter manufacturing,chemical raw material and chemical product manufacturing,electric power,heat production and supply industry,chemical fiber manufacturing and general equipment manufacturing are ranked in the middle section,of which instrument and meter manufacturing,Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing and chemical fiber manufacturing are all technology-intensive industries,and the current level of intensiveness is not high.The reason is that the number and fragmentation of instrument manufacturing enterprises are small and scattered,and chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing enterprises are deployed in new chemical materials.Industrial parks form industrial clusters,but most of the companies have not officially put into production,but they have great potential in the future.The output per unit of land area will also increase,and the level of land intensive use will gradually increase.The comprehensive utilization of waste resources,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,non-metallic mineral products,rubber and plastic products,and pharmaceutical manufacturing are ranked low.The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry should be the top-ranked and highly intensive industry,but There are too few pharmaceutical companies in the park,and the sample size is too small,which does not highlight the high level of intensiveness.The other lower-ranking industries have smaller scales,low industrial concentration,and the overall level of land intensive use is not high.This shows that the current industry level is still dominated by coal deep processing,and the fine chemical industry has not reached a higher level of intensiveness.Compared with the coal deep processing industry,the proportion of fine chemical products is obviously insufficient.(4)From 2005 to 2010,the Ningdong Industrial Base was dominated by petroleum,coal and other fuel processing industries.It relied on the reserves of coal resources and was directly transported and sold to the outside world.Although the turnover could be extremely fast,the utilization of coal The rate is low,and the ecological,social and economic benefits per unit of land area are low.From 2010 to 2015,a gradual shift from traditional coal transportation to power transmission changed the way of transportation of coal.The benefit per unit area has increased,and the land use structure has gradually become more reasonable,but it has not yet reached the optimal level.From 2016 to 2020,Ningdong Industrial Park will focus on coal deep processing projects,with a high degree of industrial agglomeration,and promote the orderly flow of resources and the optimal allocation of resources.The coal industry chain is gradually extending,and some companies have developed rapidly.Coal chemical projects such as coal olefins and coal-to-methanol have developed maturely.Many fine chemical projects have been attracted.Various production wastes generated between industries or enterprises are deeply processed,and the degree of land utilization is More and more intensive.Analyze the mechanism of land intensive use and energy industry transformation and upgrading,and propose the realization path of energy
