Electric porcelain production has matured in the course of a century of development,but the production information technology and intelligent manufacturing technology of electric porcelain enterprises have just started.The MES system is the core of enterprise informatization,and the database subsystem is one of the important subsystems of the MES system.This article takes an electric porcelain factory in Jiangxi as the actual application object,and its main contents include:(1)According to the data requirements of the wet molding process and the MES system framework,the overall structure of the database subsystem is designed.According to the data characteristics and the overall requirements of the MES system,the database is divided into five databases: system management,statistical summary,equipment information,process history database,and system authority.(2)First,all the database tables of the above five databases were designed in detail.Second,in order to improve the performance of the database,the following measures were taken: 1)A variety of index schemes were designed according to the different access methods of the tables;2)The amount of data For large tables,a variety of automatic partitioning schemes are designed according to the amount of data;3)A database space optimization scheme based on automatic log cleaning is designed for the problem that logs occupy a lot of disk space.(3)The following four database subsystem application modules have been developed: 1)System database access module(class),which mainly includes data table query,deletion and modification,as well as data level generation,key equipment status acquisition and other data preprocessing functions;2)General query module;3)Hierarchical tree module based on hierarchical code;4)Key equipment monitoring module,etc.(4)Use SQL Server 2012 database,Visual Studio 2012 programming software,comprehensively use ADO.NET,front-end data interaction technology,Java Script and C#programming language to complete the research and development of the electronic porcelain intelligent manufacturing demonstration project database subsystem and its application.In an electrical porcelain enterprise application,the system is running well.
