In accordance with the central government’s policies on ecological and environmental protection and in light of local realities,the Mongolian Autonomous Region has mobilized the whole society to participate in the construction of ecological civilization,integrating the concepts of ecological civilization such as respect for nature,compliance with nature and protection into all aspects of life,and realizing a green way of life.However,there are still many problems in the work of Alxa League Ecological Environment Bureau,among which the most prominent problem is the employee performance appraisal.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the ecological environmental protection cause of Alxa League,it is necessary to evaluate the work performance of employees more objectively and truly,and stimulate their enthusiasm for work.In this paper,a large number of reading,research,analysis of the relevant literature on the basis of investigation and research,based on the concept of performance,employee performance test,management by objectives theory,key performance indicators method as the basic concept and theoretical basis of this study.First,introduce the basic information of the staff,the types and characteristics of the staff,the status quo of the performance assessment,the assessment procedures,the assessment contents and the application of the results of the Alxa League Ecological Environment Bureau.Secondly,design and carry out the questionnaire survey of employee performance appraisal,and analyze the results of the questionnaire survey from the aspects of respondents,overall evaluation,assessment structure,prescribed methods,procedure methods,content indicators,application of results,supervision feedback,etc.Found that performance appraisal is designed performance appraisal index,the assessment results lack of impartiality,examine the application effect of the result of improvement,the evaluation of performance management of cognitive relatively weak and so on four aspects,from the concept of performance management appeared deviation,the influence of the ecological environment department nature of self management,lack of external supervision,performance culture not four aspects analysis the cause of the problem.Finally,based on key performance indicators(kpis)method,using the theory of objective management,combining with the la shan ecological environment bureau armed solution,further supplement and improve employee performance appraisal index,and the appraisal main body,targeted way,application method,content and result application,supervision and management,feedback mechanism and other aspects,puts forward setting up scientific and reasonable performance evaluation content and index,to establish open and fair appraisal mechanism,make good use of performance appraisal results,promote the building of performance culture countermeasure and the suggestion,such as further perfecting la shan au ecological environment bureau staff performance appraisal work.
