Research On Safety Evaluation Of Railway Tank Cars Based On Cloud Model

In the process of industrial production in our country,the demand for some dangerous goods is increasing along with the economic development,and the related transportation business has been developing rapidly.Among them,nearly 20% of dangerous goods are transported by rail to all parts of the country.Nearly 80% of the dangerous goods carried by the railway sector are in gaseous and liquid state,and need to be filled and delivered.Because the railway tank car transportation business has the characteristics of wide coverage and high risk,it is very necessary to carry out safety evaluation on it to ensure transportation safety.However,the current third-party safety evaluation agency focuses on describing whether the special railway tank car transportation line complies with relevant laws and regulations in the preparation of the safety evaluation report,and does not classify the safety status of the special line.Therefore,it is still necessary to study the safety evaluation of railway tank cars and introduce the classification method.This article investigates and analyzes the status quo of dangerous cargo transportation in Lanzhou Railway Supervision and Administration area,combines the hidden safety hazards found in the inspection with the analysis of road tanker transportation accident cases and the actual situation of railway tanker transportation,and establishes an index system for railway tanker safety evaluation.The network hierarchy analysis method is used to establish the network hierarchy structure of the railway tank car transportation safety evaluatio,and the network hierarchy structure is calculated by using the Super decision software to determine the weight of each index.The cloud model theory is introduced to establish a cloud model safety evaluation model for railway tank car transportation,and the evaluation level of the dedicated line is determined by comparing the evaluation cloud generated by the evaluation object with the standard cloud.Finally,the Lanzhou Petrochemical Oil Storage and Transportation Plant is used as a case to verify and test the cloud model safety evaluation model,and put forward countermeasures and opinions that can improve the safety of railway tank car transportation based on the evaluation results.The model was tested through the case.Through the test,the railway tank car transportation safety evaluation model proposed in this paper is suitable for the risk assessment of railway tank car transportation,which can be used as a supplement to the current safety evaluation system and has guiding significance.
