With economic blooming, environmental contamination and destruction have become common provocations faced by the whole world.China is exploiting its vast energy resources, and the environmental and environmental problems cannot be ignored.Environmental protection is a growing concern in China, and it has become a national agreement to work out environmental issues, defend the constitution of people, creatures and plants, and achieve sustainable economic development.Manufacturing production is the industrial support of our nation and the source of the driving force of national economic destruction.Nowadays,China has increasingly concerned more on modernizing its manufacturing production.Besides, production capacity has improved significantly and export opportunities have also increased substantially.China has implemented an export-ori strategy to promote exports of industrial commodities, which make up a much more humongous proportion than primary products. In 2019,China’s industrial exports reached $2.36 trillion, accounting for over 90%of total merchandise outputs. Also, the technical fill and export competitiveness of industrial exports have been continuously improved, becoming the leading product of China’s export.Trade growth and environmental protection are contradictions that every country must balance in the process of realizing continuous advance.Today, the abstraction of poor-in-carbon,green recyclable destruction has become an inclination in global economic development. The following problems, such as environmental regulations,Carbon tariffs and green trade barriers have a significant consequence on China’s industrial exports of manufactured merchandise.Whether the implementation of environmental laws and the improvement of export competitiveness are win-win or mutual restriction is the current social concern. Therefore,it is explicitly noteworthy to investigate the repercussions of environmental pollution regulation on the export competitive power of China’s manufacturing and to explore measures and proposals to improve the trade competitive power of China’s manufacturing.Based on the interpretation of ecological commandments in China and the competitive power of finished goods, this paper quantitative tests the repercussions of the environmental commandments in China on the competitive power of finished goods in various industries. The results show that:China’s environmental pollution regulation tools form from single to diversified, environmental pollution regulation lawmaking is more perfect, the implementation of pollution regulation means from the government’s direct management to the development of multi-agent participation,China’s export in industrial products consists mainly of low-tech products, although the export competitive ability of industrial finished goods is feeble for high science and technology goods.Of these, rubber products, light and light spinning goods, metal goods and others are very competitive in export, while chemical related goods and others are at a competitive disadvantage. The explanatory variables used in this paper are the strength of environmental regulations, human resource, capital,FDI,science revolutionary and comparative advantage index.Relevant data on environmental regulations and export trade from 2007 to 2019 are summarized, the data are statistically tested using SPSS software, and a regression model is used to examine the effect and degree of characteristics. In the end,in light of the results of theoretical and positive research focusing on the current competitive power problems of China’s manufactured exports, this paper makes precise recommendations to further improve the competitiveness of China’s manufactured exports at the national, industrial and enterprise levels.
